Parwinder provided excellent customer service—he was polite, friendly, and very professional while taking and serving the order. He made sure everything was correct and treated customers with respect. Overall, the service and food quality were very good, and I would definitely visit again.

This is the most god awful Wendy’s in the city. Ordered a meal for takeout for the family when it wasn’t busy. Had 4 burger sitting out made for 7 minutes absent a food warmer cause Wendy’s doesn’t have those. No other item from my order was waiting to be made, but the cashier had to pull out fresh fries before throwing the cold old ones in the bag, and then went to the back to open a pack of extra napkins while the back of house workers did nothing. They forgot the bacon in our two double JBCs. The staff doesn’t care. Correction, there is one older staff lady that does if she’s working. But you can tell she’s frustrated by the 3-4 back of house staff not doing their jobs. Was 4 min out the door to home and got to enjoy the cold, stale, and screwed up order. Sadly the BK next door was closed.
So many other problems here, but I will remind myself not to go to this location until I forget again. And then hopefully the staff member who tries is working.

Horrible service, not by the staff but by the manager that was on duty just now. Rude to every customer. I ordered to go and paid for a bag, she gives me attitude while bringing my food saying I didn't. So I said I'll pay again it's not a huge cost and as she yells at someone to go ring the order and turns in anger and full of attitude she throws some of my nuggets on the ground. And just starts kicking them under shelves instead of picking them up. I paid for my bag again and I can see a co worker talking to her asking why she didn't just give me a bag. She throws my food in the bag and counter and gives the worst half ass thanks for coming. I love Wendys and the app is one of the best fast food apps but this location isn't it, won't be coming back here

The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional. I went to pick up my salad order and they had it sitting under the light where the fries stay warm. When I see them that they got it from there, I asked for a cold salad, and the cashier literally rolled her eyes at me and all the other staff gathered around like I was in the wrong for asking for a cold salad. I won’t be back to this location. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me .
