I have an app. I get points. I go to more then 1 store to use the 250 points to get a jr bacon cheese burger. They never scan my app. The one guy said they have a button on the cash register. So I said I get my free one and he scanned my app and gave me a 2nd burger. I looked at my app and I still had my 250 points and got another 50 points.

I get it's fast food but talk about gross. Ever since the remodel and new management, the place has gone down hill fast. Dining room is always dirty, not a clean table and overflowing garbages. Service is horrible. Enjoy your meal with a side of flies because the place is absolutely filled with them.

Overcharged me and didn't put the whole order in the bag, even though I paid for it. The food was even worse. I like Wendy's, but this one is very disappointing.

The order taker at the driverthough asked what size for my combo I said what it comes with well if I said medium I would of got charged without them telling me this because when I went to the window he said I get small and he tried to confuse me but asking me what size because most places give medium for me he then said I asked if you wanted to upgrade your combo which he didn't then he said management asks us to ask what size we want the guy should be saying it comes with small do you want to get bigger drink and fries for more money

Super slow service took 20 min min for food, messed up the order and other customers waited long also. We have been to this location bfpre and loved the frostycinos which brought us back.

Went in to pick up my breakfast. Nobody at the front desk, and nobody showing when I repeatedly tried to get anyone's attention. Finally had to go to drive thru. Told employee and they rudely told me they have a bell which is hidden right beside a till. If your employees can't hear without a bell, that means somebody should be stationed on the front.

We have been served by two gentlemen; one at the drive thru and one at the counter. Always informative, no surprises, and they anticipate by our order that we have coupons; they straight up gave us a stack the first time we were there. Best Wendy's in Canada-- and I've been to a few provinces.
