Best middle eastern food store in all of Edmonton if not Canada, they sell amazing stuff, really high quality and authentic taste, I love their meat products, cheeses, and everything, honestly everything, I wish it was closer to where I live I would be buying everything from there.

It’s is a good place for a certain kind of good, specially halal meat, even it is not cheap but it’s halal. I have Tried Kebda many times was really good specially when the butcher gives me the exact cut I need.
Some Arabic products are there.
I tried Sahlab . Unfortunately, it wasn’t good at all. Simply, it is not Sahlab at all, it is rose water powder, tasteless. Not recommended at all.
If i have to give zero i will do that see attached foto for meat they don't care about health of people .

I live in California and every time I’m in Edmonton I have to come to this store. Great ownership. I buy so much from there such as meat veggie etc.. everything stays fresh for many days after. Bought Kafta 4 days ago and usually the meat changes the color on the inside after few days not the case here, there are so many benefits to shopping there from prices to quality. Thanks for being honest.

Westgate, please have some respect for your PAYING customers who are keeping this store open! These rotten peppers are an insult to us. You serioysly expect your customers to buy these?? I wouldnt get them even if they were free. I wouldnt feed them to animals. This is not the first time I see this here. I am seriously thinking of switching to Safadi where prices are less outragous and produce always fresh!
Called before stopping by asking for certain spices n brand the lady confirm that they have it , came to the store to find out that they don't have it n when I asked one of the staff she said oh I'm not the one who picked up the phone so she went n asked her colleague n they start showing me some other brands !!! Lack of professionalism !!
