Every time I look for dog bites, they are not available, even though some raw are sitting outside on the cooking counter. This time, when I mentioned that the dog bites were never available, I was offered to wait 20 min, and I said ok. Waited 20 min for 2 portions to be made just to get half of them burned and placed at the bottom of the cups. Very disappointing... Won't be visiting again...

Woman with tattoos who was working closing shift on Sunday Jan 7 2023 was unbelievably disrespectful. Refused to let me buy a pretzel just 1 minute after closing and threw the left-over pretzels in the garbage in front of me. She then told me to "get lost". I'm still in shock as to how she treated me and my family this way.

Went to the store at 6:01 PM they still had pretzels in the warmer. I wanted to buy just 1 pretzel for my kid. The Asian woman with tattoos working there was extremely rude and refused to sell me the pretzel and threw the rest of them out in front of me. She refused to tell me her name and when I asked why she was being so rude she told me to "get lost". I am absolutely appalled by this behavior. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to this way. Whoever she is I hope she gets reprimanded. This is absolutely ridiculous. SHE THREW THEM OUT IN FRONT OF ME!?!?!

I always pass by this place but never buy anything. One day, I thought I give it a try. I ordered the Wetzel's Bits and I was really surprised. I could not finish that bag of bits. The bits tasted great but I got full after finishing just half of it. It's really worth it for its price. This has become one of my comfort foods now. For me, it taste great without the salt but best with their pizza sauce. I'll try their other delicacies next time.

I am not 100% sure but what I saw a worker dipping the meat pretzel in the same syrup\oil with other all and this not be considered as vegetarian or halal due to religious
