I went to the londonderry mall store yesterday afternoon. I ordered 2 pretzel bites. I asked the clerk how long have the pretzel bites have been sitting in the display case ? I was told not very long. I explained to the clerk that i ve been told this twice before and the bites were stale and tasted so bad i had to throw them in the garbage. She assured me that they had not been sitting long. Against my better judgement i purchased 2 orders of pretzel bites for twelve dollars and change. I live 5 min from the store location. The pretzel bites were stale and tasted so bad i had to throw them in the garbage. Even my dogs would not eat them. I will never purchase any good from any Wetzels Pretzels location ever again. Furthermore i will spread the word. How hard is it to be honest ?

If you're looking for fresh food, Pretzels there are the BEST! Love their Pepperoni pretzel, Dog bites and the bitz, my family is HUGE fun! Staff are very kind, respectful and friendly. Don't go anywhere especially now, they don't allowed to eat in the food court.. Just drop by in Wetzel's Pretzels kiosk and you can get the best food ever! Thank you guys! you did an amazing job!!!
