Wetzel's Pretzels

As much as i love cin-a-bitz, i dont like waiting 20 minutes for them… place was good, but has since fallen off recently!!! Save your time and money and take it to Cinnzeo.

I went there 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to make me a pretzel I'm pretty disappointed in the service

I went today and ordered the mini cheese dog bites the girl infront just gave me half a cup this is not the first time I bought those I am a regular customer live near by the mall when I come with my son that is our favourite place to eat I ask her why half cup it use to be full she replied this is a large cup that’s why which is not the cup she gave me was the same size as the other wetzel bitz that was already full in the display very disappointed today .

Myself and my girlfriend went to get pretzels about an hour before they were scheduled to close and when we ordered we were informed they only had 2 pizza pretzels left. Thats it. No other pretzels or bitz or anything. Very very disappointed and wont be returning

They will lie straight through their teeth when you ask if their pretzels are fresh. Unless you arrive there at the right time, do not take their word for it. This message is specifically for the Asian teen girl cashier. 👎🏼

Love this place, but recently found out the you can no longer order on the app or redeem anything in-store or online. What's the point of offering promos and can't use it. Lost a customer and won't be back!

The Indigenous girl who works here is a gem. ?Very hospitable service.

I went to west Edmonton mall and waited over 20 minutes for my order the cheese was cold and the employees were rude.

Fresh pretzel bitz and lemonade , fast service and friendly staff !! definitely will comeback !
