The Indigenous girl who works here is a gem. ?Very hospitable service.

I went to west Edmonton mall and waited over 20 minutes for my order the cheese was cold and the employees were rude.

Fresh pretzel bitz and lemonade , fast service and friendly staff !! definitely will comeback !

On April 2nd I decided to go to Londonderry to buy a pretzel. When I first walked up to wetzels pretzels the girl working was not friendly at all and when approaching the counter to take my order did not even say say hello I ignored her rude behaviour then I asked if there were any pepperoni twists she replied “No, they’ll be ready in about 15 mins” so I said okay and went and bought something else and came and sat right in front of wetzels pretzels. I had been watching her make pretzels and at this point it had been about 20-25 mins (to give some grace period) since I ordered and we had also made eye contact several times so she did see me sitting there. When I walked up to check if the pretzel was ready, I saw the “be back in 5 mins sign” I still continued to wait now about 30 mins since I ordered my pretzel. When she returned I went back and asked if I could now get the pepperoni twist she replied “in 6 mins”, “I replied 30 minimum ago you said it would be ready in 15 minutes” she replies you didn’t place your order yet. Which was news to me because she told me the pretzel would be ready in 15 minutes. It then took at least another 15 mins for her to make the pretzel so in all I waited 45 mins for a pretzel. As I walked away with my pretzel she said “enjoy”. I was extremely disappointed with the service and her horrible rude attitude

What sort of business doesn't have any prices listed on their menu?"That'll be 18...15.... no, sixteen fifty*rubs hands together*for vienese hot dogs in bread?

There is no student discount in here . And if you see that on the wall just ignore cause they don’t give you 20 percent off.

FAST, easy, friendly service! I had a Yummy salty original Wetzel's Pretzelz with jalapeño cheese, and it was pretty DELICIOUS! ❤️ JUST the right amount of Heat in the dip
