The service here was absolutely incredible. Food was fantastic, fresh and served very quickly. The waitress was welcoming and came with coffee and mugs right as we sat down. Throughout the meal one of the other waitresses kept coming to fill our mugs and replacing the cream. The seating area was very clean. The entire place seems to be very homey which adds to the atmosphere. On top of everything, the prices were extremely reasonable, which is impressive in this economic climate....
Was looking for a brunch place and was surprised to find that the Whistling Kettle Cafe was where it is. Super low key place, a large list of special menu items on the wall, as well as thier standard breakfast and lunch menu. Great sized portions, definitely left feeling very well fed, and it was an amazing breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful with the menu variations too! Will be back again!
This place is the definition of a literal hole in the wall restaurant. The specials are written on a whiteboard, you can see in the kitchen, and they have those white round back metal chairs and booths to sit in. The coffee is always fresh and hot, and the service is always incredible.
They have a fairly extensive lunch and breakfast menu with many classic diner staples like clubhouse, hamburger steak, and more. We, of course, got breakfast. Simple and easy....
