Just checked out White Rabbit Ice Cream in Edmonton — tucked away just south of Grant MacEwan — and honestly… probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. 🍦🔥
Super original flavors, crazy smooth texture, and not overly sweet. Quaint little shop in kind of a random spot, but 10/10 recommend if you’re into quality over hype. 🐇🍨

Love this place, the ice cream is amazing! They also have a few vegan options that are so good I buy those too. Everyone I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh, and they make fresh waffle cones in store! Never seen that before but I love it!

Stopped by this ice cream shop to try them out. Loved their banana dream pie and their white rabbit matcha. The place is small but it’s expected for an ice cream shop. Plenty of parking in the front. Washroom is also available.

This is by far my favourite ice cream place in Edmonton!
This cute, ice cream place has the best flavours consistently. Each one is distinctly different, and tastefully crafted.
I love their rotating flavours, and each time I try something, I gain a new favourite. So far, I love the lemon ice cream they had during summer, the mango sorbet, and the banana dream pie. The ice cream cones are fresh, crisp, and lightly spiced.
The staff is always kind and helpful. It is definitely worth checking out.

We visited this ice cream shop last Sunday, and it was a fantastic experience. They offer a great selection of regular flavors, along with an exciting rotation of new ones. As a vanilla enthusiast, I requested a sample of their vanilla ice cream, and it did not disappoint. It was incredibly rich and creamy, with visible specks of vanilla bean throughout—definitely a must-try for any vanilla lover.
We also tried the Cookie Monster and Milk Tea Boba flavors, both of which were equally delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the whole place had a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. There was even a little shop with small business goods ?
Parking is paid if you stay longer than 15 minutes, but since the area is usually not too busy, finding a spot shouldn’t be a problem.
Overall, it was a great visit, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!??
