We were a table of 6, and showed up with out reserving. We were accommodated right away but told that we lucked out and that we should ensure to reserve next time. We had chicken and waffles, the house burger, classic breakfast and shakshuka (among other dishes) and everyone loved their meal. We had intended to have ice cream at Made By Markus, but we were so full we decided to skip it. Will definitely be back!

I came in around 4pm this afternoon for food (since the website says the restaurant closes at 5pm). However, once I sat down, both servers ignored me (neither even even said hi to acknowledge me) for over 5 minutes as I was waiting for service. Finally, one of the servers came to me (but didn't even apologize) and said the kitchen was already closed, and that the restaurant is only taking drink orders until 5pm. I've never been to a restaurant that closes its kitchen almost 1 hour before closing time (and if that's the case, it should at least be posted on the website for customers to know). Thank goodness I had to run other errands in the area, or it would've been a waste of time...

This was our first time getting brunch here, and I didn't realize that this place was pretty much attached to Made by Marcus! So I've been inside (on the Made by Marcus side) but didn't realize that there were tables in the back for Wilfred's. I really like how they combined that space for both establishments, that was pretty smart.
We met with friends and slid into one of the comfy booths in the back. I really liked the colors and style of Wilfred's seating area. It felt cozy, homey, it had such an overall cool vibe.
I got an Iced Matcha Lavender Latte with oat milk. It was delicious, perfectly sweet from the lavender syrup and the oat milk was creamy. Matcha was earthy and the drink's components complemented each other very well. I absolutely loved my drink.
My boyfriend got the Chicken and Waffles (with a side salad) and I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich which came with a side of fries. I liked my chicken sandwich, I chose mild because I wanted to experience all the flavors incorporated in the dish. Chicken was good, pickles were the cherry on top for me (though I wish they added a little bit more), but for me the stars of the show were the sauces. The Thai Basil Mayo and the Hot Honey Glaze complemented the chicken so well. It was creamy, mayo was light, and the hot honey gave that hint of sweetness and spice.
For the Chicken and Waffles, the chicken was good but the waffles were okay. My boyfriend was left disappointed by it. We expected crispy outside and light and fluffy interior, but it was dense throughout the whole waffle. He said it tasted like it was an old reheated waffle.
I liked the Hot Chicken Sandwich but I don't think I'd pay $20 for it. It was good, but I'm not sure if it's $20 good. But the service was great. Our server was attentive, friendly, and was also willing to remake a drink if it wasn't what we expected. She was very sweet. Also on our receipt we got 15% off an ice cream scoop from Made by Marcus. We had a good experience and enjoyed our time here.

The interior of the restaurant was very nice and the servers were kind. Unfortunately our food experience wasn’t the greatest — the drip coffee tasted a bit burnt, the pancakes came with almonds when we asked for them without, and when we asked for eggs with firm yolks, the replacements we received were very runny as well. It didn’t quite meet our expectations but the hot chocolate was very good and we’ll definitely come back to try the ice cream :)

Good food with unique choices for sure. The atmosphere is much like the ice cream shoppe side, even though half is a restaurant. It's quite loud and diner like-- which can be part of the charm.
Great spot for some brunch or a lunch. Their Shakshuka was vibrant and flavourful and a great portion size. The bread that came with it was of excellent quality and tased like something you get out of a bakery. The lobster roll was delicious! Very flavourful and a good balance of lobster and roll. The portion size seems small at first but once you start eating you realize it’s a perfect amount. Even their French fries are great quality and above average. Plenty of delicious hot drinks and cocktails. The match latte was made well and not sweet, which I preferred. Overall atmosphere was a mix of modern and vintage decor/ building that gives the place an upbeat vibe. Good mix of background music but not too loud you can’t chat. Reservations would be recommended if you’re coming with a group of three or more based on seating availability.

Cute restaurant, lots of parking. Service wasn’t the best, took an hour for our food (4 meals) to arrive and we were one of the first tables of the day. The fryer was broken so the menu was limited which was no big deal for us. Ordered a coffee, it was made incorrectly and they didn’t bring my husband his ordered drink and said “it would take a long time because the hot chocolate uses stuff from next door so I would need to go turn it on and heat it which will take a long time”. Aside from the service, the food was delicious when it did arrive.

Stumbled across this place after a long plane trip and got the lemon cerd panckes and they were to good. The place was so nice and preppy as my daughter likes to say. The severs were so nice and the food came so fast and was so fresh 5 ⭐
