Was here 2 months ago and had awesome food and service. Today was a different story. Had eggs benedict classic. Asked for soft poached eggs and they were hard. Hollandaise and potatoes were awesome. Service however was also a let down, she didn’t come to the table often and was mostly given service by the other employees. For that reason I did not tip and the most upsetting part was when I left, as we were walking by she said to a co worker “no tip” and gave thumbs up. Super unprofessional in all honesty. If you want a tip, be better. Probably won’t be going back for a third time

My second visit here was definitely better than the first; however, service could use some work as no one checks up on you until you physically go up to them. Food was decent but super expensive - not worth the value.

Ive come to wilfreds frequently during the mid day and usually the staff are super sweet. The food and drinks are both really good! But unfortunately tonight, the service was really different. Firstly, I ordered a tea to-go and she just gave me a cup with tea leaves not strained. Ive never seen that before? Thats not how you drink tea lol. I asked her how she would serve it dine-in (because ive ordered it dine in before) and she said they strain them… okay why is it different for take out then? I asked if she could strain and steep the tea for me, she said they don’t do that for to-go. After sassing me for a good 3 minutes, she steeped it for a whole 10 seconds and basically gave me hot water in the same cup with left over tea leaves. As clear as water:) Haha sorry but for $5?! I asked her for a refund and she said “do you not like it?” Lol no:) i do not. I told her it’s just not how I expected it (because it’s wrong) and she tried to make me sound dumb by getting upset. It’s the laziness for me. I understand that she had a slow night but don’t take it out on your guests. $5 for a cup of hot water is crazy. I witnessed her being rude to other customers except for the one at the bar. ..Respectfully, do better.

I had the soup and market salad; both were delicious. My granddaughter chose the fried chicken which was a huge order cooked to perfection. She loved her Saskatoon lemonade. Impressive first time Wilfred experience. Outstanding service. We will be back soon.
Always good! I've had lunch here several times and never been disappointed. Last time I had "Royale With Cheese" burger and it was excellent. Tasted like a homemade burger. And it doesn't hurt you can get some World Class ice cream in the same place (@Made By Marcus).

The lemon pancakes were great, London fog was mediocre (too sweet and watery) but latte was good, the salad bowl(?)/brunch bowl (?) was beautifully presented but bland and the kale was tough and poorly prepared. Skip the tea lattes and bowls with kale and you’ll enjoy your meal. Patio was nice to sit at.

We just moved to the neighbourhood two weeks ago and have probably already been to Wilfred’s six or seven times and every single time we have had the best customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant and the food and drinks have always been delicious! So happy to have this place so near me!!
Very trendy.. BUSY at peak. Long wait(45 minutes +) for a soup and sandwich and the daily special. Food was good and server gave a discount due to the wait.

Had ice cream at "Made By Marcus". Some of the vest ice cream I've had in a while. Staff was super friendly and professional and took their sweet time with us. We were a party of 6.

I came here to get a quick BLT sandwich. Had seen it on an old menu on google. They didn't have it anymore but they accommodated me and made me an egg BLT which was very nice of them.
The BLT was decent, and flavorful but they skimped and had only 2 strips of bacon for the entire sandwich. The salad seemed super limp and not fresh.
It took about 30 mins to get my food. I guess the ticket printer didn't print my order in the kitchen.
The server was really nice but took forever to come back and check on me.
Overall, it seems as the Google reviews are a little over hyped. It wasn't the best experiance so not sure if I will return.

Second time coming, food is IMMACULATE! Very healthy, feel good food! We had a lady help us the first time here and had Emmit help us this time, and I haven’t had customer service like this in years. Best people, making the environment feel welcoming.
