“Cute hole in the wall south of Whyte. Great atmosphere, amazing sharable small plates (get the Tartar), and a good selection of wines by the glass. The owner curates an excellent selection of rotating wine options, including a few special bottles available by the glass that weren't on the menu. Also, my girlfriend is celiac and they were perfect at accommodating her allergy. Great gluten free options.
We will be back!!

“Such a gem in downtown Edmonton! Probably the best cheese selection in Edmonton. Cecilia and her team are so knowledgeable! Whether you are staying in to enjoy their fantastic cheese boards with an amazing selection of wine, or taking some of their incredible cheese home, Cavern has you covered!“

“What a great experience at Bar Bricco. The wine , the food, the service. Everything was amazing. Our server was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had. The food was incredible, I want to go back and do the whole menu or the tasting option / let the server decide. Only had a few apples and left wanting more! “We recentley celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Normands has been our go to special occassion restraunt for years. Normand Campbell and his team always have an outstanding menu and fantastic service. Its great that they have a corkage fee so you can bring your own bottle of your favourite wine.“

Arguably one of the best spots in the city, this venue offers incredible small bites, expertly crafted cocktails, and service that’s truly top-notch. The ambiance is intimate and moody, yet perfectly lit—elegant without being stuffy, and exudes a cozy, chic, and effortlessly stylish vibe.

The small plates are flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. While the prices may seem steep at first glance, the quality and value are undeniable. This was my fourth visit, each time with a different guest, and I’ll happily keep coming back time and time again.“

“We went here before our concert at the Winspear Center. The Oil Lamp is run by the cutest elderly couple. The food is amazing, and the place has its charm. Nice selection of wines and beers to complement your food. We had the Chicken Souvlaki and the Beef Gyro. The chicken was moist and perfectly done, packed with flavor. The owner also gave us complimentary Hummus and Tatziki dip along with fresh pita as our starters. Definitely recommend it, and we will definitely be back. Gotta try some more of those amazing dishes. Oh, they are also very reasonably priced.“

“My husband and I came here for date night and ordered the Beef combo for 2, and wow! I don’t remember the last time we had to pack up so much food (and we both have healthy appetites). Everything was so yummy, service was good and attentive, and it was a fun experience. Food was fresh, tasty, and generous amount. Really good variety. Even as full as we were, we didn’t feel icky as one sometimes does after overindulging.“

“We had the dining on Stiny plain Rd menu It was great! We had Houli cheese wrapped with ehh plant and the wagyu meatballs for appetizers, the main course we both had the braised short rib pasta, delicious! Baklava for dessert which we took home so we could try the Marscapone cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Excellent choice! Service was excellent and a great wine selection as well“

“A lovely brunch spot downtown for casual food and a welcoming summer atmosphere. We had a reservation and were promptly seated at a clean and well set booth. The service staff were attentive, and the food was very taste and seemed to make use of high quality ingredients. While the coffee wasn’t necessarily exceptional, was still able to have a decent cortado. If you want a relaxed but high quality brunch, definitely would recommend!“
