I wanted to update my experience here because the owner truly went above and beyond. Rare to find this level of customer service these days. The owner took full responsibility for a previous issue and invited us back. Today’s meal and service were fantastic. If you’re looking for a place that values its patrons and serves great food, this is it!

Ordered the Monday special 2 can dine for $21.99. Apparently that confused girl taking my order as she walked away and a moment later another girl came to take my order and she seemed just as confused as the first.Seemed to take about 10 minutes for her to key in the order after 3 attempts .The crispy orange chicken was not crispy and nd the crispy wonton appetizer were 4 little greasy balls. I don’t think we’ll be returning any time soon.

We were served by a man over 60 with a haircut and balding. The man's service is very poor. He clearly needs to be changed or speeded up a little because there were four of us. He served us for half an hour and then it turned out that he brought us the wrong order.

They dont pick up the phone, tried to do a pick up order, walk in instead and there were 3 of them just sitting at table. No other customers. Why have a phone number at all?

I used to visit late after midnight, they have plenty of healthy food options from different cuisines. I recommend Srilanka Kothu Parota, Kung Pao, Hong Kong Spice and Cheesey Kimchi Balls. You have the option to choose whatever protein you want and Don't forget to add sprouts to your dish.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Paid for extra plum sauce and got two packs of soy sauce, and no plum sauce. Had to argue with the staff to get plum sauce. It must be the new gold. When you spend $33 for 2 fried rice they should be handing to I'm as much sauce as you want because it's maybe $4 cost to them. So a $30 profit isn't enough to give $0.05 pack of sauce?

Ordered through skip, paid $29 for a kung pao chicken box, the quantity is for a kid Are you kidding me guys…. Would never recommend anyone to order from you guys
I was given a pickup estimate of 15 minutes. I got there and was told it would be another 5-7, no biggie. It ended up being 40 minutes. I was the only one there. A woman was cooking by herself while a male worker sat on his phone at full blast and watched her struggle. She cooked all the crispy things first and then told me I was going to have to wait for an item because the waffle maker wasn’t hot enough. If I had known that would be the hold up from the start, I would have cancelled the waffle. It was late and we were hoping to just eat and go to sleep after a long rough day. Won’t be back

Ordered Kung Pao chicken with chowmein noodles! The flavour of peanuts really makes the difference, and the prompt service was the cherry on top! Kudos to the staff! Keep up the good work, or should I say Wok! ☺️
