Wok Box - Grange (West Edmonton)

My friend and I went here last evening for dinner. I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and the portions were more than adequate. It was a very good experience and I definitely will return.

Good food and even better customer service. Don't use skipthedish, because you'll miss the genuinely friendly service they have here. It's rare to see this kind of real hospitality nowadays. Especially from fast food restaurants. So this restaurant is quite a rarity and should be acknowledged.

I came here for a loaded poutine. The fries were hard and not even hot didn’t seem fresh. Tarl the guy that served me was disrespectful and bad PR( Public Relationship). I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, to come “enjoy” a meal.

No seasoning, crispy chicken is soggy and tasteless. Ordered Crispy orange chicken with chow mein. It tasted like eating celery by itself, very bland. Never ordering here again.

Ordered through the app, arrived on time, no one else in the restaurant and still had to wait 10 minutes for the wonton soup and once I got home and had my first wonton, disgusting. Even worse after paying $3.50 for an extra wonton. Really disappointing.

Always come here for a quick dinner after work, great service, great food! The manager is always a gem to deal with and always knows my order as soon as I call!

This is the best Wok Box I've ever gone to! Food is always so perfectly made, nice and fresh and always delicious. The staff are always friendly and warm and welcoming, always a good experience when I come! The owner is so nice, very friendly and very good at what he does. You can tell he takes pride in his business, even there at the end of the day which shows a lot of dedication! Big kudos to all the staff and big thanks for always creating a great experience!
