We love wokbox but this location especially, we will drive out of the way just to come to this specific location, it’s always sooo clean, the manager here is always so cheerful and so kind, and the food is always good!

The food was delicious and fresh! Service was great and quick. I also dropped my wallet while dining in and realized I didn’t have it on me while on the way home. I called back and they had my wallet safely tucked in the back. Thanks so much!

How is it when you ask for extra sauce, you get served DRY rice???
2nd time at this location. Will not be back to this one. At least downtown they know how to listen and do your order correctly.

Not sure what happened to this wok box I’ve been going for years but over the last year it’s just went downhill. The staff are ignorant to me everytime I call or order in store. I’ve always been super polite. Kill them with kindness. Never can get my order right half the time. I like support the business near my neighbourhood but after last night I’ll be making the drive to the Sherwood park or St. Albert location. Called to place and order last night the guy kept cutting me off and not listening to anything I said. And our call dropped. I ended up calling back 45 minutes later as I had to run home. He stated he had already made my order so it’s mow been sitting there cold and soggy. I didn’t finish ordering nor did he fully confirm it, my name or phone number. Then the real disappointment hit when I got home and went to eat after not eating all I was very hungry to say the least. I asked for extra sauce and no green peppers and extra onions in my ginger beef. There no was no onions , no xtra sauce. It was supposed to be sumo size and looked like they just threw it in the box with extra rice. My green onion cakes were literally half raw dough. I had to throw them out. They were inedible. Not sure who the manager is but if I could meet him, id have a few things to say about his poor choice in employees and customer service.

Today we decided to try out wok box for the first time and we are impressed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The portion sizes are very generous and the service was great! Will definitely be in our dinner rotation from now on.
