Over the years I have eaten here and more often had takeaway. It used to be pretty good but the last couple of times it has been disappointing.. Tonight 2 of the 3 dishes that I ordered were totally tasteless. The peach shrimp was ok, but the shrimp are smaller than in the past and there were only a few slices of very pale peach. I’m wondering if they have changed ownership. I won’t be going back.

My mom and I just had a fantastic meal here. The food was sooo flavourful, good portions and very reasonably priced. Also, they were very accommodating to allergies/dislike alterations. You don’t find that often. The lady that serviced was so nice and gave us terrific service! Definitely going more often!

It's takeaway we had so I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere and gave 4. The food is delicious and the delivery driver and staff are extremely friendly and endearing. Price is a little high but we would pay it again and return again as it really is a fantastic restaurant.

The wait times are crazy.The service here is terrible. The food is disgusting, cold and not fresh. The food I got was definitely frozen not fresh. Tasty world and Lee garden are 10 times better. Never coming back.
Edit: This is poor business practice you shouldn’t be arguing with your customers about this. You should be trying to fix this. I only gave my feedback on your restaurant. You don’t need to say it’s offensive because you think I didn’t order here. Also as for wait times it should be a first come first serve basis not arranging times. You guys arrange times and can’t even serve food on time and lead to overcrowding in the dining room. You guys also need to have a separate space to wait for orders not let customers sit at dining tables.

I often order from Wok This Way, usually about once a week, for many years now, and I'm truly impressed with how fresh, tasty, and excellent the food always is. Their food is consistantly outstanding. Today I ordered Beef and stir fried vegetables, sweet and sour pork, singapore noodles not too spicy, and chicken fried rice. Everything was excellent as always. In my opionion, Wok This Way is the best chinese restaurant in Edmonton.

Pricey. It's kind of a hassle to place an order. I went in to order lunch. They have no lunch menu, and they didn't serve my desired dish the way I'm used to eating it. I asked a few questions about adding simple ingredients to my dish such as throw a few peanuts on top and adding a different sauce. I saw the total of my order, which was expensive to begin with at 17 or 18 dollars, had now exceeded 25$. I woked away (full pun intended) and got myself a personal pizza and a pop next door for 8$.
New management/staff have destroyed this place. Takes 1.5 hours to get your food. They take the order quickly but you get delayed over and over till they offer a refund.

The food here is amazing the guy who served me was very friendly and patient. He gave me time to look at the menu and helped me pick some food items which were delicious. They served the food very quickly and all of them were friendly. Definitely coming back next time.

We had an incredible first experience here. The service was extremely fast, the food was plentiful and flavorful! We have been looking for a good Chinese food location and this is one of the better resteraunts we have tried. We would recommend this place.
We had the ginger beef and lemon chicken lunch combos and it was almost too much for us to eat with my wife, my young kid, and myself. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and they did an incredible job with our young daughter; making sure she was well taken care of!
Overall, we will be returning soon!
