The food here is always fresh, tasty and fast. We always order the large Wor Wonton Soup with 2 orders of green onion cake. I have not found a better soup or green onion cakes in Edmonton. Very fresh.

Don’t walk this way. Run away. Such unfriendly and unwelcoming service. We walked in at 8:20p restaurant still open and the staff just look at us then asked “Can I help you?”. I was confused because it’s a restaurant? Other than eating not sure what else they can help with. She told us “we’re closed” but sign says open until 9pm. Won’t be back with this kind of welcome.

My wife ordered take out and when she brought it home for dinner. One of the dishes was not cooked up to our standard. Mistakes happen, I have mis cooked food before and we all have ordered food that had issues.
I didn't have a desire to drive back and ask for a refund but I didn't want this one dish to spoil my impression of Wok this way. and without letting them know and seeing their response to the situation I would wonder next time we looked to order Chinese food.
the process to get a refund was simple and an apology was given. Based on the overall experience we are happy to order again next time.

When we moved to this side of the city 9 years ago we wanted to find “our” place to order take out from. And Wok this Way is this place for us. Phenomenal food, not once have we ever had a bad experience. We order at least once a month and it’s perfect everytime. When our family comes to visit from all over Canada every time they want us to order from Wok- it’s that good. Support local, support family run businesses. We are forever customers. Thank you for providing us with such wonderful service over the years.

Got lemongrass chicken and some lemongrass chicken rice. Chicken was gray colored, greasy and small portions. Tinest salad rolls I’ve ever seen. Disappointed as I had waited whilst they made it. Fortune cookies were excellent as per usual. $43 for a terrible supper. Will go elsewhere in the future as my previous experience from a few months ago was excellent.
