Super cute little place. Food was good. Place itself was nicely decorated/designed. Service was good. Server was bubbly and did not seem miserable which tells me he is working amongst friends and wants to be there— this translates into a good service. Forgot to take pictures of the food. I believe the restaurant is focused on locally sourced ingredients and items which is good for Albertans :) 5/5

Love Woodshed. The food and staff keep us coming back. We went tonight and there was about a 15-20 min wait so we thought and were told, well it ended up being close to 40 min as no one wanted to leave and there was also a large table on hold for a reservation. There were 6 of us in our group that after 20 minutes of waiting we deiced to wait it out at this point as we had already waited more than 20 minutes. Staff were so kind and kept apologizing for the wait time. Once we finally got seated the staff were so great to us and made sure we had our food and drinks as quickly as possible also were nice enough and knocked some items off our bill for us and gave us a free dessert. Always a good experience here that's why we keep coming back.
Melissa was an exceptional server very personable, attentive and accommodating. I liked her quick wit. My sister who was visiting from BC said the burger was delicious!Vegetarian options: Vegan burger was available.Kid-friendliness: A great menu for kids

I wanted to try a new place for burgers with the family, so I thought I’d check this place out. However, the fries were soggy, lacking crispiness, and the onion rings were terrible; they tasted like soggy donuts. The burger was also awful—way too greasy and heavy. My son took one bite and said he couldn’t eat it, and my wife didn’t like it either; she couldn’t finish it. I was the only one who finished, and that's just because I'm too cheap to let food go to waste, but it was the greasiest/heaviest burger we’ve ever had lol. The only saving grace of the visit was Eli; he provided great service!
Best service with a smile. Best burgers in the city. Hands down. Bison burger was amazing. Onion rings, I haven’t had them prepared like this, taste was spot on. Everything was hot and fresh. Milkshakes are very tasty. I will be back, as I think we found our new spot.

This location is close to our house in Sherwood Park well ok a short 15 min drive.I had the @sychhomestead Bison Bacon Swiss burger. Cherry mustard cuts through the cheese and bacon this burger is fantastic!My mife had the Ben Burger and we shared an order of fries and onion rings. The food was fantastic the service was excellent and the prices are reasonable.I love that everything is made in house not premade. We will definitely be back. So many items I want to try.Hopefully they open a Sherwood Park location in the near future.

My girlfriend and I come here allllll the time. It started as a spot we found because our other plans fell through. But we loooved it.After the first time this is now one of our main GO TO date spot. Staff are super nice and accommodating, chefs do an amazing job and it’s always a good time.
The fries were a 10/10. Perfectly cooked, a good portion and nicely salted. With the local made ketchup they were amazing. The $4 toonie Tuesday burger was okay, it tasted good but was a tad dry. I didn't mind it, however i was asked if I wanted bacon, lettuce, mushrooms or onions. Thinking it came with the burger as the server never told me a price on toppings, after getting my bill it was $2 per topping and $1 for the onion. Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered with it, little pricey to add toppings on a $4 burger.The service was prompt, the restaurant wasn't busy however. The server was very friendly and quick to serve.The pop is local from canmore and was pretty good but I can't justify $4.50 on a can of pop regardless of wheres it's made. Overall it was okay but it wasn't outstanding. I think I'm more amazed at the prices, the food and service was good though.

Absolutely loved this place. The service was great, the staff were so cheerful and were proud of the food they were serving. They were on top of refills and checked in when need be, and the food came out fast. The food was great of course, large portions for the price. All around a great atmosphere!!
