I've been here a few times. This last time, it was SO hot. Old building, hot weather, wood fire kitchen. We were dripping sweat. Frustrated to pay $17 for a 5 oz glass of wine (only 4 choices). I not sure I'll come back.

The atmosphere and service were truly excellent, and we were excited to try the menu. We ordered the tartare, panzanella, and two steaks. Unfortunately, both my friend and I became ill later that evening. Since we shared the tartare and panzanella (which is mostly vegetables), we suspect the tartare may not have been handled or prepared properly. It's disappointing, as the experience was otherwise great. I hope this is looked into, as the place has a lot of potential.

Amazing food and service! Ambience is great, and the smell of woodsmoke really adds to it. Food is unique and delicious, worth how pricy it is. Great place for a treat, or even a cocktail. Their cocktail and mocktail menu is extensive—which is amazing as someone in my party doesn't drink and he still had lots of variety beyond just pop.

Super friendly and helpful service, great food . Really enjoyed the Demeter Cocktail- I don't like sweet drinks and this was perfect! Full of scents and flavour. We had the full board ( cheese and charcuterie):and the elote Brussels sprouts both done really well. Most restaurant Brussels sprouts are charred on the outside, raw inside- these were perfectly cooked and well complemented by the lime chipotle aioli

It was very atmospheric. At first I thought that the cocktail was too small for such a price, but after one sip I realized that these are the most delicious cocktails I have ever drunk! I liked that everyone was dressed in the same uniform. Everyone was friendly. Also special thanks for replacing my fry potatoes because it was spicy for me. Of the minuses, it’s very noisy here.

Great selection of old fashions. Raspberry Points brought in from PEI, good steaks. Great wine selection. Worth the visit if your a foodie.

My mom, sister and I came here for dinner before attending Legally Blonde at The Citadel Theatre. My sister and I had been to Woodwork before, but it was my mom’s first time and it was, as usual, amazing. Our cocktail recommendations were delicious, as was the food we shared, especially the brussels sprouts. But what made our experience was our server, Jacob. He was so warm, welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and hilarious. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Jacob!

Great modern vibe to this restaurant. Soaring ceiling and close tables make it a bit noisy, but it adds to the atmosphere. Grill station open to the room for some visual entertainment. Best part is NO TVs ! Casual yet professional service. We shared a pasta dish and pork chop entree. Perfectly prepared with delicious sauces. We had to order bread to sop up every ounce of the sauce. Not our first visit and will not be our last.
