This was our fourth visit and we previously enjoyed the great food. This time over all, underwhelming. Calamari was under cooked, the ginger beef was almost burnt, the arancini were flavourless. The harvest salad was OK. The service was prompt and courteous. There was a person with a (Non-service) dog seated on the bench at the table next to ours. Left overs at home would have been a better option. Given the food quality and prices, we’re not likely to return.

This is a high-end restaurant in South Edmonton, atmosphere is definitely discreet and classy but I was disappointed with the food quality, nothing to rave about it especially with the price they charge. The only item that I like is the sirloin steak. Waiter service is attentive. Save your money.

We kept on hearing about this place, so we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did! Overall it's a nice place with good food and I'd definitely go back. It's pricey, and it's a little louder than I'd like but the service and food compensate for that. We had the Tuna Twists, Miso Cod, and Coconut Halibut which were all good. The Cod was the best!!! Unfortunately, the Halibut was slightly overcooked, SLIGHTLY. It wasn't worth mentioning, but it was a little dry, and the green beans weren't cooked enough.

I recently left a negative review for their sister restaurant after one bad visit, and I realized it’s only fair to share how consistently excellent this place has been. The service was very good, when my wife told our server ,Scott, about her food restrictions he ask her if he could get the chefs to make up a special meal for her , which see agreed to . When the food came they went above and beyond with her dish as it was a very good dish. All our food was very good , we will be going back to Nineteen in the future.
