An awful choice of music, given the clientele: semi rap with LOTS of thumpa thumpa, played so loud that one struggles to talk over it. The few tables occupied had older guests; the choice of music and the volume is for the staff, not the patrons. A request to our very helpful server to turn it down led to her explaining that she could only do that to "the minimum", which is simply too loud to comfortably talk over. A huge disappointment.

Place is a dump. Food was full of hair and they brought 1 person their meal while the other 5 sat around. Haven for drug traffickers making deals in the kitchen

Planned a surprise 40th birthday party short notice and XO Bistro was willing to accommodate. Christine and David were easy to work with and quick to respond. They adjusted staff accordingly and let us go in early to set up decorations! Staff was outstanding, and were at our beck and call. Attendees were happy with food and drink service. They even extended last call for us. Shout out to Shy for holding it down behind the bar. Not only will we definitely be returning, but will also consider this location for future events. Well done!

We have been there few times. Last night we were there again and I ordered the BBH with oxtail. Found a āhairā not sure if thatās from human or animal, but itās short and thick. Called the server and she took it back to the kitchen. Few minutes later we were offered a free green onion cake, but no explanation for what was that, neither replaced my pho. We didnāt take the green onion cake. Too late to take a photo of what I got in my soup base before the server took it away. I had diarrhea in the mid night, not sure if it was caused by the unclean food
