This used to be a good store with high quality.
Now they trick people about the size of their product. They put less fruit in it and they add some cheap ice cream to the mix and lie about it.
It was nothing like we remember from a few years back.
Taller guy working there took my order, Asked for lychee soda with added blue syrup, he asked if i wanted the ocean bomb soda but instead of the lemon i told him i want the lychee soda, looked at me like i was saying something that was stupid, gave me the wrong drink and put lemon when i specifically asked for something else, $8 for a crappy drink and attitude? No thanks
Lady that served was nice and polite. But the 2 fozen youghurts was lacking flavour. It did not have yogurt flavour at all. The pineapple was really tasteless and the rasberry did taste a little better but the Base was tasteless. I remember having this dessert many years ago and does not come even come close.
My favorite frozen yogurt place! Very flavorful and made with real fruit! I always go here when I visit wem
The dude still charged me for Mochi topping even though they ran out of it.
I tried their coffee and matcha flavour. It was oddly sour tasting.
So good
I don’t like the fact that the workers don’t wear gloves, they don’t clean the machine on every order, because some other fruit junk was in my order today, just concerned because if I was allergic, it would have been bad. The fruits were not all blended. You could see lumps of them which made me feel as if I was drinking a smoothie.
Overcharge for everything
Visited this place two days ago (Tuesday ).ordered strawberry cheesecake yogurt.it was absolutely worst . It was plain yogurt with some strawberries and some cookies crust. It tasted very sour. I had this exact flavoured yogurt before and it tasted absolutely fine. But that day it was sour and not properly made.
Came here to write my recent unfortunate experience.
I ordered the coffee flavoured frozen yogurt. The guy who helped me was very friendly and nice. I paid, and when I walked away and took a bite, the yoghurt tasted really bad and very sour.
I decided to see if I could just exchange it, I waited in line again and when I got to the front the lady with a black hair helped me. I told her that I’m so sorry, but this tastes extremely sour and I was just hoping to exchange it for plain vanilla.
I’d like to preface this by saying that I work a customer service job, I understand that after a long shift you’re literally just done with everyone and everything. I get it.
But the lady who I talked too was rude, and it really seemed like she was trying to embarrass me.
She rolled her eyes and responded to me loudly saying “oh, well duh. it’s frozen yogurt, it’s supposed to be sour.”
I just said that I’m really sorry, but I’ve had frozen yoghurt before and it just never tasted sour like this.
I Felt like she was purposely trying to make me feel embarrassed in front of the line of people. I threw out the frozen yogurt. And then the guy stepped in and got me a vanilla one. I said thank you and I just left. The vanilla one tasted perfectly fine, it did not taste sour like the other one.
I felt humiliated by that lady. There was no need to raise your voice and make the situation into something that it wasn’t. After that experience, I’ll never go back.
In my job customers complain about how the food tastes sometimes too, but I honestly cannot imagine treating another human being that way. Rolling my eyes and trying to embarrass them?
I honestly just hope that she sees this and will treat people better in the future. You never know what someone’s going through and her attitude was completely uncalled for.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake in a waffle cone. They gave me plain yogurt with a few strawberry's and cheese cake dust on top.
We stood in two lines. First they took the order from one place (under the sign Order here), then from the other side. Then they changed the place of taking the order again. In addition, the staff, who all the time disappeared in the back room with the cashier. For service - 0. As a result, we went to the food court and bought a great bubble tea there without waiting in line.
Hey I went there not to long ago and there was no staff up at the counters to greet me and my family. After we purchased our frozen yogurt we tried it and I tasted very sour.
Amazing, one of my favorite places to get food. The place offers delicious and low fat frozen yogurt with a wide variety of customization options and delicious pre made flavors. Would recommend when visiting West Edmonton Mall.

I visited this place few days ago and unfortunately, the male employees, one in casual clothes was quite rude and appeared frustrated , yelling at others. The male employees do not know how to properly greet customers, which made the experience unpleasant. While the products are good, the service needs improvement. It might be better to have more female employees at the front, as they tend to create a more welcoming atmosphere and serves better.
