The best Japanese food I've had in Canada, absolutely amazing staff, and a very welcoming and homey atmosphere. My girlfriend and I are just a short walk away and it's become our go to place for a night out
Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, wonderful customer that kept in touch with us throughout the course of the meal. I came to celebrate with my girlfriend and we sat by the bar. The one thing I will say is to make sure you make a reservation as it is quite busy in the best possible way!!! I would highly recommend the Black Dragon Roll if you are a lover of scallops. I will definitely be back again !!!

DONT RECCOMEND! SERVERS COMPLETELY IGNORED US AND WAS RUDE!! We went in place looks great then a man seated us but didn't say anything to us! Gave us the menu asked what we wanted to drink my date said water BUT DIDN'T LET ME ANSWER THEN LEFT AND BROUGHT 2 WATERS?? We had to wait 15 mins for a server to even take our order and the place wasn't busy! We were seated in the mans side yet he asked the people infront and behind us how things were and being nice. THEN GLARED AT US WHEN WALKING PASSED EVERYTIME! A lady just gave us the plate of food and left not saying anything. The food was okay but not worth the price.... THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE FREE HI CHEWS. Then had another lady come after waiting 20 mins to ask for the bill... refilling our waters and didn't want to give us the bill saying there is no rush to leave SHE KNEW WE WEREN'T HAPPY. Fully when paying she was standing over hoping we would tip which absolutely not. It was a nightmare with the service and food not worth the price! DO NOT GO HERE WE FELT JUDGED THE WHOLE TIME AND WE DID NOTHING WRONG.

Small place with great food. Liked it years ago before the renovation, gave a more authentic feel. Now, seating feels crowded.Parking: There are a number of other businesses in the building, parking was more difficult on a weekend.
The taste is extremely mediocre, and the prices are unreasonably high. I could buy honey garlic fried chicken at 7-Eleven with the same taste as this restaurant, and it would be cheaper. All the food is dry and overly salty, especially the three shrimp in the bento box. The best things are the miso soup and the candies after the meal. I think the only reason why it receives so many good reviews is that reviewers here have their taste as bad as their traffic.

My grandson and I had the most amazing meal this evening. We tried many dishes as you will see from the picture and every dish was great. If you want Japanese cuisine at it's best please visit this restaurant, you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Tempura Veges, salads, tofu
This was amazing. Our friends brought us here for dinner and it's so cute. The rolls are amazing, the atmosphere was so cute, I love that the restaurant has little private tables in rooms. Honestly, we ordered a lot of food for all 4 of us to share, and not one thing was terrible. It definitely hits our top 5 sushi places in the city now.Highly recommend ?Best to make a reservation also for this spot.
