I can’t praise this place enough! The chicken and beef kabobs are packed with flavor and always cooked to perfection, with portions large enough to share.
Their authentic Persian dishes are consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. And with such reasonable prices, I’m so glad I stumbled upon this local gem!

The quality of food between dining in and delivery is very different! We ordered from Uber Eats last night & the food was terrible! My family and I all got sick with stomach aches. I don't know what they put in their food this time. The kebabs smelled odd and unpleasant. They were raw. We ordered the Lamb Shank but did not come with any Rice only 2 Lamb Shanks which made my dad sick. Absolutely horrible! We want our money back.

And oh boy I was blown away
I have tried hundreds of restaurants in Edmonton and across Canada I've always had this issue with kebabs they always taste dull
But here....
From the very first bite it was so delicious
I was instantly impressed
Authorized dishes were one of the best I've ever had
It's definitely something else
Every single grain of rice was separate and just so rich in flavor
All the dishes that I've tried were very impressive
I even had an eggplant dish and it was so good
Although I don't really like eggplant but this was something else
And the desert ( baklava ) is heavenly so rich and smooth with pistachios i was in love ....
If I want to impress someone with really good food this is one of the first places I would think of

The pleasant ambiance along with courteous staff, created a great experience. We have tried almost all the items in their menu, consistently finding satisfaction in the high-quality ingredients and delightful aroma of the dishes. I would certainly recommend it.

Chipped front tooth so badly on a big chunk of pistachio shell they left in their baklava. They don't care. It's a huge chip, on my front tooth. Half the tooth is gone. They are ignoring me and won't give me the info for the product manufacturer they receive the ingredients from so I can file a claim to cover costs. They totally don't care

I had an amazing experience here! The Kabab Koobideh are hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was great.
Definitely recommend this spot for anyone craving a delicious Koobideh.

Food is good and the price is reasonable. Chicken thighs were better than beef in my opinion. Portions are generous size
