One of my favorite plants stores !! Not to mention that they are only a few blocks away from me which is dangerous lol but I cannot complain! Definitely reccomend checking out this place!! Visited Zocalo after their grand opening this month. Very impressed with the new space, the colours, organization and the layout. The coffee shop is so cozy and adds a nice touch to the whole space. Lots of options for flowers, gifts and plants. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Will be back!

I recently ordered a snake plant to my relatives for their anniversary, and I’m beyond impressed with the service. Living in Toronto, I was initially concerned about coordinating everything remotely, but this nursery made it seamless.
The plant was stunning—healthy, vibrant, and exactly as pictured on their website. My relatives were thrilled with how beautiful it looked in their home. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. The team followed up with me after the delivery to ensure everything went smoothly, which I really appreciated.
The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of the plant and the exceptional service provided. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!

Today I came in to purchase some odds and ends for Christmas and the young brunette guy with glasses and a cap behind the til told me when I was waiting for the amount to show up on the interac machine, and I commented it wasn't showing on the screen that “it was a lesson in patience.“ I don't need the rudeness and thoughtlessness of these comments. He just cost your shop about $200/month in flower sales. I won't be back with staff like that serving clients. Get staff who are kind and considerate.

Had a plant delivered to a friend for the holidays. I ordered it online at 11 Am and by 4pm that same day , they delivered it with a cute hand written message I had requested.Thank you Zocalo team! I hope to visit the store next time I'm visiting Edmonton.
I love this place so much. Cafe was *chef's kiss* perfection, the plants are gorgeous and the crafts / stuff for sale is beautiful.

Early this morning, I had the pleasure of getting a sandwich and muffin and an americano from the cafe at Zocalo.The grilled chicken pesto sammie was unexpectedly delicious as was the muffin. The americano was perfect.The counter staff were very very nice and gave off a great vibe.10/10 would return.

Great little shop with a great plant selection. They also have planters, pots etc. amongst other various items for sale. Definitely has something for everyone. I enjoyed the cafe which has an outdoor and indoor space. It's cozy with reasonable prices and friendly staff.
