This place was my favourite pretzel bakery in the city, I’d literally drive 30 minutes to go get a pretzel from here, and now I don’t even recognize it. Closed its door for the regular who supported the business for years and moved to selling product in a plastic bag. What a joke.

I ordered the Zwicksticks for the first time. They arrived very quickly from Edmonton to Toronto GTA in about 4 days. I’ve only tasted the cheddar flavour so far but they are FANTASTIC! It won’t be the only time I order these. I will be a regular customer. I highly recommend these fabulous snack treats. I only wish you could ship ALL of your products.

I understand that cooking their amazing sandwiches in the heat of the summer might have been too much for the cooks, but it's a blow that they're not only still not offering their Sandos but also no longer accepting walk in customers at all.I can only speculate as to why this is now the case, but it's a disappointing move on top of another disappointing move. Makes the motivation to stop in to be nearly non existent. I used to recommend zwick's to close ones all the time, now there's no point.

Tried a couple flavour of the pretzel sticks now carried at Superstore. They are all very tasty, however the prices are considerably high, at $6 for 140g. I would love to consume them at a regular basis among my other snacks like chips etc, but the cost is just prohibitively high and hard to justify substituting my regular go-to potato chips with these luxury snacks. Please consider lowering your prices if you want to become mainstream and a beloved snack among the masses.

Pretzels are OK, I’ve had better.Service could be better too, stood at the counter for 6 minutes without being acknowledged; a simple “hello, one moment please” goes a long way in customer service. I understand you might be busy, but being ignored leaves a bad first impression.Prices are reasonable, however, I do not like being forced to tip when paying up front using debit/credit before any service has been rendered. A tip is considered after service has been provided not before. I doubt I’ll be back.
