We went for lunch; two out of four of us got sick. I contacted the restaurant; they quickly (& professionally) responded. My son and I did not seek medical attention and I so was told by the manager unless we had professional consultation and official attention they could do nothing. I wasn’t asking for financial restitution but letting them know. Will not be going to A&W again. And honestly, for the price you pay; one could easily go up “a level” or two of quality for the same price….73.85$ for four people!!

Dietary restrictions: You can substitute a hash brown for toast, and bacon 🥓 in place of sausages. Obviously same cooking oil as everything else so cross contamination a possibility, but I gotta eat & live too. There is a binder of info you can ask about ingredients and usually get it right pronto, at the counter.

Stop today got the new crunch burger was cold second bite smelled sour spit out took back will be reporting to health inspector ended up puking 🤮
We were 11 people to dine in around 8:35 pm on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at this location ,there was no hot beverages , they did not provide tray for dine in, Food service was quite delayed than expected . They served food without wearing gloves. Very poor communication with customer and rude behavior when we asked for upgrade. We had terrible experience ? in this location. They even turned off lights when we were dining. Canada is diverse country but this location lacks equity , diversity and inclusion. Very dissatisfied with customer service. I wish staff improves their customer service.

Great placs for a chicken burger, but i do recommend the drivethrough unless you wanna be stared at by elderly people seaming judging you for eating in "their" redturant.
