“Very bad food & service. The chunky hash browns had mold on them. The shredded hash browns were undercooked. The eggs were no good, as my husband is now sick after eating there. The waitress Melina (who wasn’t even our waitress) was beyond rude and is now screening my phone calls to talk to a manager. The waitress Fay who served us was very apologetic but the other lady took the matter upon herself. Melina than decided to tell me to step aside while and helped a customer behind me. Not recommended one bit!”

“Came here for food as I was working in the area and staying in hotel across the street. I unexpectedly fainted in the bar and needed medical assistance. I made this review on the back of the genuine kindness, care and consideration I received by the staff at OJ’s namely Michael who came to my immediate aid, Alex who called the ambulance for me and made sure I didn’t lose consciousness, Raquel who was my server and served me with complete care and excellence and Tina and Michael once more who were on shift the following day and were genuinely concerned with my well-being and making sure I was okay. The staff I had the pleasure/misfortune of meeting depending on how you look at it (jokes) were nothing short of exemplary and a true credit to themselves, their families and their employers that I felt the real need to come online and give a review/shoutout to them, so from the bottom of my heart thank you to the staff at OJ’s Edson and thanks for looking out for me, won’t be soon forgotten!!! Employers recognize your staff!!!!”

Service is notably efficient. Food comes out quickly, often faster than expected, yet without sacrificing quality. That consistency stands out—I’ve been here multiple times, and the standard holds. The owner is attentive and present, which shows in the operation. Staff are friendly, straightforward, and easy to deal with. The dining area is kept clean and organized. In a town where food often leans bland, this place avoids that entirely. The seasoning is deliberate and well-judged, without going overboard. Overall: dependable, fast, and properly executed food with solid service and clear attention to detail.”

“We stopped at Edson Subway this afternoon and very impressive from the first step into the shop. Everywhere we looked was clean, right down to the bathrooms. Service was with a smile and they listened and made what we ordered. The store is well laid out and employees ready to help. Great job everyone!!!”

“Way above 5 stars!!! I have been going through here regularly due to good food and great customer service. Tonight just took the prize though... I ordered a large amount of food to make it the next 2 days. So, it was a bit high in cost, but again it was for the next 2 days so I didn't think about it. When I got to the other side to pick up my food, she handed me money and told me that she accidentally charged me for a topping that I did not order. I thank you Lil Igloo for your fantastic customer service and even more for your integrity and honesty. Thank you!!!!!”

“Honestly special order my pizza the other day “as well as the last three times” it was honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever received from them, the man working that day definitely deserves a raise 🤷🏼‍♂️😂❤️…also. This was the second pizza in four visits with the same employee serving me/making my pizza….hes so friendly and honestly makes some of the bust busters pizza out there there, all you busters workers could take notes form this man .”
