I ordered from here and then drove home 20min away to find out they messed up both of my dishes. The kids meal was supposed to have only broccoli and my meal was supposed to have ramen noodles which I payed extra for and they gave me rice. I've tried to call and the line apparently is constantly busy for the past hour so no way of even letting them know how much they messed up. I eat at edo Japan often it’s one of my favourites but this location gets a -10/10 l. Worst service I’ve ever had. They sent my meal out with 5 tiny pieces of meat and it looked like a 3 year old put it together. Drove back to get it sorted (I ordered skip) and the manager themself told me they are unwilling to do literally anything about it. Will never ever be going back to this location. Stopped by while passing through from Jasper. The restaurant is pretty new, very clean, food is fresh, and the owner was really sweet in making conversation while I waited as well as ensuring that I was happy. I would happily return.

Edo Japan offers good food with generous servings. The Ramen soup and Ramen bowl are different, and the cook and cashier are willing to explain and offer soup. The food is super tasty, fresh, and delicious, including tofu taryaki, spring roll, and sushi. The sushi is divine. The place is always clean and hygienic. The service is perfect, friendly, and helpful. Staff like Aman are really friendly and welcoming, with service and recommendations always on point. Kiran is a very nice lady who gives nice servings. Everyone is friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for great food and amazing service.
