Walked into here, from watching a man in training make / present my food was interesting. But he got taught well. Cause i wanted this man double check on only slightly correct him , explain in a nice manner. And from the greeting, to small little modern eating area’s. With a huge positive atmosphere. Never had a issue with my order. Owner/manage amazing guy went above and beyond. I was here in fall of 2023. If your into this style of food or been to edo chain, it before wont disappoint.
