Tried to order one of the pizzas on the menu without onions as a family member is allergic, was told they have to make it with the onions, told them to ring it up as such then just do not add them. Was told they couldn't do it so they lost a sale and returning customer. They also do not wear gloves when kneading the dough or adding toppings which I find distasteful.

I ordered a gf df pizza due to allergies. The idiot cook gave me a regular crust with gluten so Edson Panago is a horrible place to order from. They care if you have allergies and the cooks n management don’t either. Never even got an apology from head office when I called. Don’t order from Edson or any Panago. They won’t care if you have allergies and do nothing about it. Your typical corporation who only care about the money lining their pocket even though it’s the customer keeping them going. I will never stop the bad reviews and I will never eat there again.

Stopped in Edson for a quick food pick up and went to Panago. The service was great, very friendly and helpful. Had the XL 16" BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza with Original Crust, very good pizza with great amount of toppings. Definitely recommend.
