Seems every year this tim hortons get worse. One fellow smiles and great you pleasantly which is perfect. The rest look at you like you just shot there dog. Coffee is never stired like it supposed to! Coffee is horrible.

There is Wendy’s and Tim Hortons in the same building. Wash room has no handier and paper towel dispenser in the working condition. And I asked the Tim Hortons staff regarding that. They weren’t pleased to help me with that the guy at the counter was little bit rude in replying to me and told me to ask Wendy’s staff to do it. I told them I am not from this town and was leaving from there and that person was talking in philipino language by looking at me. Felt really embarrassed and frustrated from their behaviour. This store needs but more monitoring from the management and tell them speak in English so everyone can understand. Anyone has doubt about this come and watch them from the dine in area.

We don't get the proper orders when you order. They just give you whatever to drink not the one you ordered and the main guy at the drive threw makes the coffee so fast he doesn't give you the proper coffee. Plus he doesn't give the proper change back and keeps some. We have had that numerous times happen to us. So if you order a coffee make sure it is the right coffee that you order and if going thru drive threw check your change. This has happened to me numerous or time and getting sick of it. So I would recommend to go to the other Timmie's.

This hortons needs clearly a proper management (Elisie). Larryika is very rude and upsetting, she needs either a hard reset or to be clearly removed from work location. Ordered veggie and wasn't paying attention and gave me chicken (against my relegion). Let's say it was human error but than gave me attitude. I was talking to my brother in my native language and she was reacting like I am some sort of alien. She talked to my 53 year dad like he's a immature kid or something. I kept cool but this is the 3rd time. Never seen something like this before in tim hortons.
