Just asked for steep tea and the night shift employee probably was out of steep tea instead of letting me know she used bag tea in it and hand it out deceiving me. As soon as i took the sip i find out and garbage it. Will not go back in night again. Thanks for the bad start of my day

I’m a regular customer at this Tim Hortons, and I’ve noticed that some customers—especially truck drivers—are often rude to the staff. They take out their anger on them, blame them for mistakes that aren’t theirs, and even threaten bad reviews. It’s frustrating to see, especially since the staff work hard and it’s a busy place. People should really learn to be patient and respectful.

Always get the same 3 flavors in what supposed to be assorted Timbits. My iced coffee is never stirred and they give attitude when I ask for it to be stirred properly. Edited and dropped to 1 star. Still I need to ask for my drinks to be stirred and get attitude about it. If employees would actually do their jobs they wouldnt have to take the drinks back to finish the process of making them.

This spot is incredible! Their staff provides the most outstanding customer service & delicious coffee. They also have an excellent indoor & outdoor seats. Cheers!
I ordered 2 drinks. One was chai latte and protein latte. I requested to have decaf espresso shot in my protein latte instead of regular espresso shot. But they dont have decaf espresso. This was understood. But she changed the first chai latte to protein latte (milk option) and punched in only one drink. I clarified that i needed two drinks. She was rudely responding instead of agreeing with the order. I proceeded to the window. A lady employee was using abusive language and attitude and told the manager to take over the window. Still they were rude and not accommodating to my order. I received my wrong order. They tried to fix this but both drinks are very badly done. I recommend not to buy from this branch.

Manager is rude or act like she don’t understand a word. Whole staff act like you owe them apology after ordering food from them. After ordering food I ask for manager to let her know Men’s bathroom lock isn’t working and only super cold water from sink tap and not even flowing. Manager turned around started working like I don’t even exist lol. Unbelievable
