This wendys location has been dropping the ball a lot over the past few months. I love Wendy's food but this location has forgotten little things like adding the sour cream (for a sour cream and chive baked potato) every single time lately but tonight was the cherry on the cake. Ordered: a sour cream and chive baked potato, a large chili, and a JBC. They forgot the sour cream (no surprise), didn't include a fork - so ate the potato with a plastic spoon, and completely forgot to include the JBC. Unfortunately by the time I opened the bag I wasn't in a position to go back to the restaurant to complain in person. Sadly won't be my go-to fast food place until they get their poop in a group.

Stopped in the other day because I wanted to try the chocolate Frosty Chino. Well, didn’t taste like chocolate had absolutely no frosty in it all it tasted like was water down gross coffee. When I asked, why it didn’t have any frosty or chocolate in it, all they would do was repeat that’s what you ordered, that’s what you ordered. I asked them if there was supposed to be frosty in it because that’s what the ad says and again they just repeated that’s what you ordered, that’s what you ordered. Terrible service and the drink tasted horrible

A year ago 2023 and I was shown this giant hole filled in with sandbags. I went there a month ago 2024 there's more holes. I'm very sure Wendy's and Tim Hortons can put there money together and FIX THIS PROBLEM. And everytime I order chicken nuggets there cold or warm not good.? Cool

I pass through the Edson Wendy’s restaurant at least a couple times a year on my road trips. I love their salads. The lettuce is fresh. No rotten pieces of green in the Salad. Thank you to the staff and management for consistently good food on my long trips.
Good spot near the highway for a quick bite to eat. Recommend their Frosties, JBCs, & Chilli.
Dietary restrictions: Chilli is good for gluten free folks.
Parking: Potholes need fixing

My daughter had something wrong with her order, and they made up for it tenfold! I was amazed at the care, and consideration they put with her complaint. There was something wrong with her caeser side salad. They treated her like any other customer, and even apologized too. I was super impressed ? ? Good job you guys! Mistakes happen and your positive attitude was definitely noticed! Thank you! We ended up getting stuck in the hail storm, but it was no biggie cuz we all had our Wendy's food to enjoy.
