I stopped in at Wok Box today around 12–12:30, right in the middle of the busy lunch rush. Even with a steady stream of customers and a lot happening behind the counter, the young woman working the front stayed completely calm and welcoming. She greeted everyone with a warm, genuine smile and handled each order efficiently without ever looking rushed or stressed.
Her positive attitude and friendly service stood out and honestly made the whole visit feel pleasant, even during peak hours. It’s rare to see someone keep such great energy when the place is packed—huge thanks to her for making our day. We’ll definitely come back again, not only just for the food but to see her bright smile and awesome service!

If zero star was an option, that would be my choice. The food was mediocre at best (4 won tons, 1 slice of carrot, 1 small salad shrimp and bok choy in a $12.99 bowl of wor wonton soup). They offered a 25% discount on my 1st app order but that was not applied and when asked for it, they refused to honor it. Bad attitude all around! Not one to write reviews, but my food today was that bad I feel I need to warn others. Ordered the pad thai today and the noodles were complete mush. I brought it to their attention and the only option to "fix" my meal was for me to order and pay for another item on the menu. Even more frustrating, is that I tipped before I received my food and it ended up being utter garbage.
