Not one to write reviews, but my food today was that bad I feel I need to warn others. Ordered the pad thai today and the noodles were complete mush. I brought it to their attention and the only option to "fix" my meal was for me to order and pay for another item on the menu. Even more frustrating, is that I tipped before I received my food and it ended up being utter garbage.

I’ve been here countless times and it’s the same issue. We don’t have this we don’t have that. Tonight they were already cleaned up for the night 1 hour before closing time. I went in and ordered and the cashier “magically” remembered “we don’t have rice”……. Don’t lie to me. These workers need to be fired before they put you out if business

I ordered a sumo size a got a kids size , definitely not worth the money there charging!!!! I'm pissed I'm a working guy and I wasted my money at this garbage place. Don't go stay away this place is a total rippoff

Scammers! Paid double for my order and got rice instead of noodles after pointing to the picture of what I wanted, took it to go and did not notice that I didn't get veggies at all and I can't eat rice till it was too late! I now understand why the place is empty. First and last time eating at Wok Box in Edson.

careful going here. Orders are not the same size as other wok boxes. And trying to speak to an owner/manger is near impossible
Just had won ton soup. Had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes. They were nice and apologetic but when you're on half hour lunch... it's a long time to wait. Soup was okay. Should have kept to my usual noodles. It was okay.

Under cooked veggies on first one sent back the second one was worse under cooked veggies and then can't eat the noodles there all broken in pieces less than a finger long. Had to ask for something to eat with, when nothing was provided. No options for sugar free drinks unless its a pop and only one water choice. And not very many people will drink the kind they had. A very sad place to eat. The people were nice I guess that's a bonus.. I probably will never eat at Wok Box again.

Food was very salty. The guy taking our orders turned around, walked into the kitchen and just openly sneezed with no attempt at covering it up. Watched him start to prepare our orders bare handed, without washing first after handling the til and the debit machine. Later on I noticed he was wearing one plastic glove. Nice enough people but hygiene is severely lacking.
