Tim Hortons Reviews
Went through the drive thru and one of the employees rolled her eyes at me when she was handing out my food, then when we got home, I took a bite of the turkey bacon club and the lettuce was rotting and old. I tried calling the store but it sent me straight to a buzzing sound.
I was just trying to have a quick easy stop during my travel day. I got greeted by a demanding cashier man who showed no respect. My mom was mid order when he decided to walk away and come back with a worse attitude. Me and my mother did not feel welcomed in the store and will never go back. To top it off the same guy dropped my mom’s sandwich on the ground before handing it to me. Timmie’s is a good place for most things especially coffee. But there need to be better customer service at this place rather then standing there and having someone waive you over, not talking and open mouth chewing gum. Then when we went to pay with change we had to get their attention to try and pay and literally say hello to get there attention. There needs to be better staff here.
Other then that it’s a nice cheerful atmosphere.

Tim Hortons in Fort Macleod offers friendly and efficient service at both the counter and drive-through. They provide vegetarian options and are known for their Double Double coffee. Recently, there have been mixed reviews about service speed, with some customers experiencing long wait times and slow service, especially when only one drive-through speaker is used at a time. Despite this, the staff behind the window often deliver stellar service, and some employees have been praised for their consistency and quality. Parking is generally good, and the restaurant is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. However, dining in may result in slower service, and the food, particularly the donuts, has been criticized for not being of high quality.
