I work nights and this place is open 24 hours for the drive-through and every time I go it’s absolute garbage.I got two buddy burgers and a poutine a few weeks ago and the buddy burgers were so greasy that the buns were completely soggy within the four minutes it takes me to get home, the poutine was made like they had little to no fries left and they put 2 or 3 portions of cheese and a whack ton of gravy to make up the difference. I figured it was a fluke but tonight I got two mozza burgers And the patties were actually cold, the mozza cheese was still cold like it was pulled out of the fridge. After working at A&W for five years previously, I’m well aware that the patties have to be heated up and the mozza cheese has to be melted before you are allowed to serve the burgers. Also, there’s timers for expired food, which I am sure every time I go there my food has exceeded. Very very disappointed. Don’t waste your time. Go to the one in Eagle Ridge. It’s way better. The people that work nights at this one don’t know what they’re doing.

Not a very friendly place. Waiting for bus to Work. Was running behind, no time to stop at Mc Donald's . Walked across the street to A & W at drive-thru to request a large coffee. The girl refused me because I had no vehicle. I said, McDonald's WILL, but she just kept saying the same thing. I Will speak to the manager tonight after Work. They lost My business
Kid-friendliness: There IS! no FRIENDLINESS... PERIOD!. All I wanted was a lousy cup of Coffee ☕️ and she wouldn't sell me one, not to mention the TIP! I usually leave. Lol ?

I'm leaving one star because your Nashville chicken sandwich gave me food poisoning and berry smoothie made me sick multiple times to the point I had to get medical attention. I don't know what went wrong but guaranteed I'm never coming back.
