I ordered today at 11:15 am ordered 2 teen burgers. Burgers were cold and Tasted like last night’s cooked patties. Burger was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted.

We are a group of seniors that have coffee every morning! The Thickwood A&W is a bright spacious restaurant ! The staff is unbelievably upbeat and very efficient at their jobs ! Always a smile and special greetings not just to us but other customers as well ! 👍🇨🇦🇨🇦

A chubby chicken sandwich with fries , advertised picture behind the counter looked good , anyway it came and looked thinner with the fries cold , no people eating inside , 3.00 in the daytime , that spoke volumes to me , never again, overpriced with poor quality food , obviously this review will not be seen by the public, management only

I don't know why they consistently sell such poor quality hamburgers at this location. They have no pride in their work. With a little effort they could serve quality hamburgers worthy of the A&W trademark and the exorbitant prices they charge.
