Drive thru took an eternity. I was astonished with the poor service. Not to mention their sorry ass mobile app. I couldn’t even order for pickup!!!!! The employee insisted that it was my fault the app wasn’t working and would not allow me to redeem my $1 Apple turnover. I gave the employee my phone and to no surprise, they couldn’t order from the mobile app either. Very disappointing experience. I recommend the Thickwood location. This is by far the worst location in the city. Not to mention, my order was completely wrong. Who would’ve thought? I asked for 2 regular buddy burgers and received only one buddy burger with cheese. They tried to say I was in the wrong!! Awful establishment.

I waited 20 minutes for my food which is insane! And last time I went they forgot to give me butter for my order and only gave me syrup and now they forgot the syrup like what kind of customer service are you running here!!!! I am very angry ?

Worst location in the city. I always give them a chance because it’s the closest to home but I have to remind myself to just drive further because this location messes up every time! When you address your concerns they come at you very rude and the manager is the worst. Unapologetic and always in a rush to dismiss the customer. I always special order plain mama burgers with cheese for my kids. Today the mother had bacon in it and I was charged for a teen burger I didn’t order. Not only did they charge me but it also wasn’t in the bag so don’t know how you make that mistake. I go through drive through and always need to pull up to the front because they need more time to prepare my order. They still mess up. They need to bring the management and employees from Thickwood and Franklin locations to train all the staff at this location

Worst Experience ever in my life as a courier driver. First of all, we wait have to wait every time 10-15 min minimum. After all, staff is so rude especially that Philippine guy. I don’t know his name, but I just wanna say that to A&W, If they are reading this, please give some manner and training to those kind of people, how to treat customer and courier drivers.

Everytime I go there I gets parked in the front then when I ask why im told just cooking fresh onion rings then when I gets order onion rings not fit to eat.9 out of 10 times i get parked in front and no other veichle behind me

this location is terrible for making you park and wait, its seemingly never busy, but i have been here 5 times, and every time they ask me to park and wait, for a teen burger and fries. Im sure its a scam manipulate the service times, its very annoying.

I have been to both downtown and Timberlea locations at least 8 times ,and every time I have been asked to pull in front and wait for my food. On every occasion, the stores have been empty and nobody was behind me at the drive through. All in an attempt to trick the system into thinking the service is faster than it is. I wont be back again.

I made a mobile order and showed up 15 minutes later to not be greeted. When I asked about it they told me they don’t have a mobile order to look at the iPad and see it was there then proceeded to tell me they just received it.. I order I 3 piece chicken strip with sweet potato fries and two kids meal one with cheese burger and one with chicken strip. Waited about 10 minute there witch wasn’t a big deal but then got my order got home to see they give me two kids me chicken strip witch my son was very upset because he was excited about his burger and my sweet potato fries were very old and cold… I know they were busy but really is upsetting.. the lady was super nice but wish I had warm food and actually what I order ..
