We had not been to the Blackhorse in quite some time but remembered immediately why we loved it so much. Tara, our waitress, was hands down the best one could ask for, and the food was stellar!! We could not ask for more! We will be back!

Went for dinner, server brought me a drink and I never saw her again. So I paid at the bar and went to earls for a steak.

Had a cheeseburger and fries and side gravy. The homemade burger was flavorful and juicy. Fries were nice and crispy and the gravey was delicious. 10 out of 10. The service was fantastic.

What you would hope to find in a neighborhood pup. Good food, good beer selection on tap, great service and atmosphere. Pub has pool, darts and TVs visible from all angles for watching the game/s.

This pub has been my local for 8yrs and when it's busy on the pool table we have always used the chalk board to write our names down because piles of loonies do not have names on them and it gets confusing.In the past (the regular bouncers) have always agreed that the scoreboard is the place to write the names of the next player. They have even dissolved many arguments due to loonies piling up and the board not being used.Tonight I was told by the new boucers that the board means nothing and I was barred because of it.Those bouncers are not fit to hold the license or qualification that they have.I requested the Police after I was manhandled. They did not call the Police.I remained inside until my personal possions were brought to me.I paid my bill outside for fear of assault from the bouncer.Rules are rules, but if one set of bouncers make new rules then we should be made aware so we can follow them.They didn't even give me my full bill because of the shift change.Management needs to look into the efficiency of their processes and the staff.I would guess a lot of money is going missing.
