This pub has been my local for 8yrs and when it's busy on the pool table we have always used the chalk board to write our names down because piles of loonies do not have names on them and it gets confusing.In the past (the regular bouncers) have always agreed that the scoreboard is the place to write the names of the next player. They have even dissolved many arguments due to loonies piling up and the board not being used.Tonight I was told by the new boucers that the board means nothing and I was barred because of it.Those bouncers are not fit to hold the license or qualification that they have.I requested the Police after I was manhandled. They did not call the Police.I remained inside until my personal possions were brought to me.I paid my bill outside for fear of assault from the bouncer.Rules are rules, but if one set of bouncers make new rules then we should be made aware so we can follow them.They didn't even give me my full bill because of the shift change.Management needs to look into the efficiency of their processes and the staff.I would guess a lot of money is going missing.

Staff is VERY unprofessional, very rude with no manners.Time for the owner to replace staff with some new blood. If you look around the place isn’t very busy. But that’s to be expected with staff such as this.Would recommend this pub by no means!

First and last time experience. I'm sorry, but the lady behind the bar tonight was rude. I'm sure the staff on the floor are able to make their customers feel welcomed, but the bartender was all like "I'm too busy." If you can't show the same friendlessness as the ladies out on the floor then maybe you shouldn't be behind the counter.I will not be going back here again.

Wanted to give a big thank you to black horse! We ordered for fathers day supper and it was ready super fast. We left and realized before we left the parking lot that we were missing something so we went back in and they immediately apologized and gave us a gift card along with the missing food! Food was amazing and service was even better!

If anyone wants to go a place where they are being disrespected and made feel like why they are middle eastern, I will recommend this place. Waitress doesn’t even know how to treat a human being and how would I expect a good service like it was far beyond her capability. I understand and respect that the other person who is serving us is also a human being - working hard every day but they should also know how to do their job. I really wanna talk to their manager but was so fed up from seeing those rude faces I left the place asap.

We came in and the energy was fantastic, people were having a good time as the music was playing, the food was enjoyable, but then came.... the dreaded racist waiters... who treated us differently based on... dun dun dun, skin color. Please remove the racists, please and thank you, we know you're better than that!

Waitresses need to learn the ABCs of manners, they need a lot of work on their attitude and understand that saying hi to people is a basic thing in their job.I hope they improve their attitude and the way they treat people.
