I usually order rather big volumes of food to take out to customer sites when I’m at this establishment in Timberlea. I use the app to order, and placed a large one this morning. Not only is the order correct 100% of the time, the people are what make this location special. I’ve never had bad service, and in this town, that’s a feat unto itself. They often go the extra mile, and I always leave there smiling. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, and was thinking that good people don’t get recognized nearly as often as the bad ones. So thanks again for being such an amazing business, and keep up the great work! Bravo!

I went to pick up an order. Take out employee went off on me for grabbing order that i was supposed to. She was very rude and i called her manager , she also took side of employee. This behaviour was not needed. I didn't want to escalate this but still manager asked me to leave. This was worst experience i have ever had at boston pizza.

The food is alright, but they have problems bringing out fresh and hot in line with the other orders. Meaning most meals are warm with one slightly cooler.
We both ended up working late and still wanted to go out to a nice dinner for our anniversary, we got to the restaurant at around 10PM and were promptly waited on. Our server was Rose and she was amazing, she checked in on us often without it being too much and was very friendly. It’s not often that you get great service in Fort McMurray and it was a very refreshing experience. Not only that but the food was amazing! 10/10 experience and when we go back I hope Rose is our server again!

I’ve been ordering from Boston Pizza for more than 30 years. Even had the experience of the 1st Boston pizza in Mexico. I’ve even had it at my 3rd job as a server for the lunch rush. So needless to say Boston Pizza has been a part of my life. But over the past years the food quality has been declining. I love the pizza but it’s never cooked under the ingredients so I don’t order anymore. I now just ordered the Tuesday pasta special and the lasagna was super small mostly noodles with almost no sauce and the fettuccine chicken and mushroom was all pasta and maybe 5 squares of tiny chicken and I think maybe 3 tiny mushroom slices. So I paid for a dish that was almost all noodle. It’s getting harder to order from here or many places now because they take the cheapest filler of that dish and that’s what the public receives as their order and for their hard earned money. And nothing we can do as the consumer except let others know that this should not be the norm and quality should have a standard and not a cheap quantity. I would love to order more often but it’s no longer worth the purchase. I miss how they made food before.
