It could be the best place in Fort Mac. Better than the other BP. We make the drive from downtown to go to this one. The food is almost always well done, but sometimes they do a bad job but send the food out anyway. 1 in 10 they have a bad night. Like lasagnas were always bad at all BPs. It's just noodles, sauce, cheese, but my kid likes it. One time they brought out a plate with some noodles thrown on, covered lightly in sauce and a little bit of cheese, kinda burnt. It was pretty sad. A very sad sight to see. Otherwise, really the service is second to none, I believe.

Every single time I go here recently, I have the same server in the bar. Not one time have they got my order correct. I have tried to even to do my best to make sure I am communicating effectively. I have gotten to the point where I hold the menu and point at the items that I want and still get it wrong. First few times I thought it was my communication and was just disappointed in myself. This is not the case. Not sure if they figure I don't look like I can eat 2 meals but I assure you when I ask for 2 it's because I am hungry af. The food was good it just wasn't what I wanted. I am not the type of person to linger in a restaurant, I order, eat and flee as quick as I can and when I have to wait for corrections it just drives me. I would like to eat my meal at the same time. Anyways just saying I'll probably eat in the restaurant or watch and see what tables the other person is serving.

I absolutely love the customer service at bp's in thickwood millennium.The staff here is absolutely incredible.I would highly recommend coming here and bringing your family the service is incredible.The food comes out fast in a taste delicious in the drinks are always cold.My daughter and I lexi come here regularly.It is by far our favorite place to eat.Parking: Lots of parking.

We decided to have lunch in BP millennium dr for the first time and would definitely not coming backWe brought some outside food for our daughter with autism coz she is a very picky eater I would love to buy anything from the restaurant if she will eat it and not just go into waste, some guy with a pink shirt approached us (some kind of manager) and told us that outside food is not allowed, no one told us when we entered the restaurant and we will definitely not making any business if someone told us in the first place, no sign as well that outside food is not allowed, we understand that kind of policy as we also works in F&B but the way he approached us is kinda offensive, we decided to take out our food after waiting for more than 30 minutesService is also slow it takes 15mins to get our coffee, I will not coming back to Boston Pizza again

I've been a regular customer at this place for a while now, and I've always enjoyed their delicious food. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. I encountered a less-than-pleasant situation during my takeout experience. The staff member who assisted me, an Asian girl, seemed disinterested and unresponsive. She didn't ask me anything about my order or even acknowledge my presence, very unprofessional,which was disheartening. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, another staff member, a gentleman, stepped in and provided exceptional service, turning my experience around. While I've always received great food here, this particular encounter was a letdown due to the initial unpleasant interaction. I hope this serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to ensure consistent and positive customer experiences.
