Good food all around, friendly staff who seem happy to work there.

Super friendly service. Great food. And they have an ice cream counter with fabulous looking ice cream.

Very good food and accommodating staffs especially Joel who serve us the food and he keep checking if we are okay or if we need something more... 😉

Bigger than YYC and good and courteous staff too

This place lives in my dreams. They catered a company I worked for years ago and their food never left my mind. To this day I've been in Edmonton and now in lower mainland, can't find a place that does their food the same way 💌😭 nothing comes close Ive given up.

I had the BBQ,Kaftan with spicy rice. It is a large portion. The rice was spiced just enough and the garlic hummus was perfect.

Gunnar had already closed the store but saw two starving gentleman and kindly invited them past closing to feed them. Amazing experience

Cedar has always been my go-to for Shawarma. I usually order the Shawarma Plate. The flavor is still great, and it used to be a filling meal. But lately, the portion sizes have gone way down. For $21, I expect a full plate like before, not something that looks half-filled.

Even my child wasn’t satisfied with the portion, and that says a lot. It’s disappointing because I genuinely enjoy the food, but the value just isn’t there anymore. When the tall Arab guy is preparing the plate, it’s consistently generous. Whoever is handling it now needs to be reminded what a proper portion looks like.

Loved the fried fish. Great hummus and garlic sauce.

Ordered breakfast this morning and accidentally left a one star by accident and I feel so bad! Cedars is a lovely place, I highly recommend their Musabaha, it’s my all time favourite food

So, the reason for giving the 1 star is due to hidden pricing. The pictures I'm posting shows how dishonest the owners are. Now, if you raise the price, you change the menu. Its call a printer. You have many printed off menus but not with the ones we ordered from. Its extremely bad for business and in my opinion, you have lost my business I definitely. For now on it Canadian Brew House that's just down the street from you. So to end this with this note.
Owners are not trustworthy, they hide there jacked up prices. They refuse to give refunds. There portions are very small for what you pay. If you can't trust the owners then you can't trust there food, also you can't trust the business.
Please dont get me wrong the food is good but its not worth being blind side for.

Its called a printer, like the other menus you have. I guess its just being lazy. I didn't realize to top of the menu didn't show the price change in the picture. So, you expect your employees to go down the menu and let the customer know all the prices on the flyer. Seem lazy to me. Be a better owner.

If you like shawarma then you’ll like this place. It’s really that simple. There are plenty of other options too but it won’t disappoint.
