Cosmos Pizza and Donair (Downtown)

Pizza is very soggy and undercooked even though it took 25 minutes for cook time. Wings were greasy and over fried so they just taste like fryer oil.

Tonight I went with my friends for dinner and ordered 14” BBQ pizza and a veggie pizza with wings. They are so delicious, especially those golden wings and pizza too. I recommend everyone to come at least one time here and try one. The staff was so friendly to serve me.

worst pizza over here. First time I went there ,we ordered pizza. we wait for 15 minutes, then pizza came but on that pizza there is big hair. They owner didn't give perfect even he blame on us that we put hair on pizza.Even they didn't refund us.

I suggest don't go to that pizza store. There is no hygiene.

The worst pizza in town, tasteless. Their donair meat and sweet sauce are both gross. Their menu doesn't even have jalapeño poppers. Save yourself money and order something else.

Placed a phone order of pizza and wings at 530 p.m. I was told it would be ready about 610 as they were changing the oil for the wings. Arrived at 615 and the sign said open but the door was locked. Tried calling twice and no answer either time. Tried calling other location and was told that the owners werent the same. Waited in my car for a few minutes and then someone arrived, unlocked the door, and went inside. When I went to pick up the order, I was told 5-10 more min because the order was half ready. Anyway, almost 25 min later my order was ready. Please be honest with your customers and tell the truth - that the order wasn't ready or even started which would give the customer the choice to wait or go elsewhere. Also, don't take orders if nobody is there to prepare orders and not be truthful by saying it would take longer because of changing the oil. A very disappointing experience and will be taking future business elsewhere.

Not sure why cosmos but I got a large pizza and I was told it was 21.00 and my receipt says I paid only 21 but I got charged 22.26 on my account?? Why is this ? Sounds like someone is trying to scam people i will be back later for my proper receipt or maybe a refund.

Worst customer service experience in a while. Called the store today to place order and ask about hiring, the lady I was speaking to hung up before I could even finish. I thought it may be an accident, I called back, she eventually picked up and waited until I started speaking before she hung up in my face again. Never going back!!
