I picked up my order around 2:00 pm and man was the donair was one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

We’re from Ontario, we moved here in Fort McMurray months ago and this is our pizza place. We love their pizza, chicken and donair. We recommend this pizza place here at Thickwood.

I just ordered from here and the food was awful, it tasted old and was completely hardened as if it had been sitting out for a day, very disappointed especially considering so many people told me that this place was the “original” donair place in Fort Mac.
Will not be ordering from here again as this was order 2 of 2 recently that has been terrible. I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s really declined.

Best pizza in town! Love the thin crust and their caramel machiato!

I don’t normally comment or give reviews but think this might need to be said, I have had cosmos many times over the years and really enjoyed it, tonight I ordered a donair sub and I possible think it might of been the worst sub I have ever eaten, not sure what has changed there but I’ll be very hesitant to ever order anymore food from there again, really hope what ever they did or who ever they have cooking there changes, so sad the food quality has come to this.

very disappointed. i just ordered today at 3:28pm on their website, because it said free delivery, and i get my receipt and there is a 7$ delivery charge???

i called the store and he said there is a delivery fee between 11-4.. which isnt shown on the website or anywhere at all. so i was basically charged this 7$ without my knowledge until it showed up on my receipt.

this feels like false advertising, it should say on their website that theres a fee between certain times. my $17 order ended up costing $24.

edit: i just saw now that before checking out, the fee is indeed shown but i skipped past that. still a bit upset that it wasnt free delivery as stated on their website.

i would have appreciated if the owner had called me or reached out to offer a refund, as i have no way to do this over google reviews.

Sadly after 22 years of visiting Cosmos the era is over. I find the quality has declined significantly over recent years. Pizza’s have huge crusts taking away from the actual pizza. The donairs which I always considered the best in town are poorly assembled and cold. The meat is pre-shaved and must just be sitting in a container because on top of being cold they’re dry. Unfortunate, because it also used to be a super friendly place to visit now I’m just a random customer.
