Why even advertise you are open until 2am if you won’t let people in to order?? Absolutely ridiculous, we came at 10:45 for a late night treat and they wouldn’t let us in. But they let delivery drivers go in with no problem.
They won't allow me to use 2 coupons at the same time or even separate transactions. So I bought my second item via mobile order. What difference does that make?
I visited here at night and customer service is awful
Drove to the restaurant at 10:15. Store hours state open until midnight, but staff had doors locked and said they were only serving 3rd party orders…. very disappointing!!
Super friendly staff. Food is yummy as well
Wont let u use more than one coupon a person. Wont even let you make a seperate order to use it
food was cold and took too long to serve charged more than expected

Bought 2 blizzards from here, and the last time I checked, they were supposed to tip it or it free. Well, where are my free blizzards. I worked for Dairy Queen for 3 years. I have never seen such poor service. We watched 3 people get their orders before us, we had ordered way before them. What's up with that?
Was it because we were white and the people that ordered after us were philippino. Never will we ever come to any Dairy Queen if this is what's going to happen all the time.
Oh, and this is not the first time. I'm done with this company.

The employees decided to spray cleaning products around me and my husband while we were eating.
I’d rather smell my ice cream while trying to enjoy it than smell lemon scented cleaner.
the only one in town to get ice cream cake, Blizzard all the way. And did you noticed how good that writing on the cake was? Yummmy to!
