I went to redeem a coupon for a free shake and not only did they refuse to honor it, but the staff started yelling at me. I’ve never been treated so rudely at any fast food place before. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location and I’d seriously recommend others avoid it too. A simple shake turned into a terrible customer service experience.

Burgers also get out in a microwave before being served and buns are always warmer then the actual patty

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The service was unorganized, and it felt like the staff weren’t properly trained or focused on customer satisfaction. I waited longer than expected for my order, and when I asked about it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Some of the staff came across as rude and uninterested in their roles, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I understand that everyone has off days, but good customer service should be a consistent standard — especially when people are paying for a treat or a meal out.

Due to the behavior I experienced today, I will not be returning to this location. I’ll be recommending my friends and family visit the Thickwood Dairy Queen instead, where I’ve consistently had better service.

Note: The people who are very rude are the young Philippino people girls who work at the front and in the drive through. I hope they get fired.

Found a piece of hair off something on my chicken strip my hot damn it was some good chicken strips

I ordered a poutine and instead of putting in a bowl container like usual it came in a paper box and literally disintegrated and spilled all over the console of my car. They did not give me a fork or napkins either so now i have a huge mess all over my car, my phone and my hands.

First time being here , after moved to Fort Mac. People who were working on (December 3 morning shift) were very welcoming and friendly. Food tastes amazing and service was excellent.

Its DQ, you can never go wrong! Drive-Thru is always busy, which leaves the dine-in front counter at most if, not always, emtpy. Be patient, and staff here seems to be short-handed during busy hours. Nonetheless great alternative to other fast-food. Try the mushroom swiss! You will not be disappointed.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday recently and the staff are amazing! We came back and had a meal today with my kids and friends and the staff is consistently doing a great job! Shout out to MARJORIE, she’s friendly, polite, and delivered an exceptional customer service. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and clean. Will definitely go back again! Thank you for the great service! It’s highly recommended and definitely 5/5!
