Terrible gone way downhill since the original place back in 2019 frozen processed burgers for a bison burger total slop

Dedicate has been my go-to take out since my chronic illness diagnosis, it feels like I've been ordering once a week some months. the food is always delicious the staff is amazing and very accommodating to any customer preference within reason. I highly recommend the parmesan and pesto penne

I believe a lot of there food has a lot of preservatives like sulphates. I feel bad after eating food here and stopped. Feel much better now. If they are adding sulphates or types of salt preservatives, then that food is not healthy and should change there name. Also beware of places with a high review count. Higher chance of spoofing.

Had a great experience at Dedicate Healthy Kitchen! I tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and felt like a healthier option without sacrificing taste. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the store was really clean and well-kept. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for tasty, healthy food with great service!

Fort Mac location is going downhill with order fulfillment times! I’ve had to wait 30 mins the last two times I’ve ordered here, and had already waited 20 mins before going to pick it up so obviously they’re missing online orders coming in. Get it together, it’s annoying being late getting back to work for food I ordered well in advance! Might not be back!!

Love the food here. It’s one of our favourite spots to eat however the cleanliness and the general maintenance such as one of the washrooms isn’t working and looks as though it has been out of service for a while. If the dining area and main space isn’t cleaned how does the kitchen look? Cleanliness and planned maintenance is huge in owning a restaurant/business.

Really nice restaurant for people who care what they are putting into their bodies. Friendly Staff. Willing to adapt menu items for dietary restrictions. As Vegans we were taken care of very well. 👍🙌

We enjoy the food for meal prep when we’re in a pinch. Good portions. Only complaint is that they don’t cut their vegetables well & they’re massive (hard to reheat and eat) & don’t offer lower calorie meals

The bison burger at dedicate is something to try at least once. Placing that egg on this burger just tops it off with an abundance of extra flavor.

Food is solid, nice staff but prices have spiked and portions lowered. Used to love ordering their 2for1 meals but prices just aren’t worth it anymore. Sorry but you’ve lost me as a regular customer.

Disappointed. Fish was chewy. Ground turkey and turkey balls are just the turkey balls smashed. Same taste. They don’t read comments. I mentioned to make it spicy but it was bland, asked to chop my spinach, it wasn’t. 16oz cooked was delivered 16oz before cooking.

As a DoorDash driver, I rely on restaurants to properly handle orders, but my experience with Dedicate Healthy Kitchen was extremely disappointing. I picked up an order from the front counter staff, trusting that everything was correct, only to later find out that they had forgotten half of the order. This led to a customer complaint against me.

When I returned to inform them of the issue, their response was indifferent— no accountability. If you can’t properly manage orders, maybe someone more responsible deserves the role. Mistakes happen, but a lack of professionalism and care for both customers and delivery drivers is unacceptable.

I hope the management takes this as a wake-up call to improve their operations. Delivery drivers shouldn’t have to suffer because of staff negligence.

I can’t believe they charge the amount they do for their pressed juices. It was the most watered down ‘pressed juice’ I’ve had. It was such a light shade of green. Tasted like a tall glass of water with maybe a shot of celery and hint of apple. Soooo disappointed.
