Thank you Kiki for the great service! Always a great experience at Earls. The steak and sushi is amazing but one of my personal favourites is the Thai Chicken Wonton on rice. Glad this location has kept it on the menu!

Absolutely ridiculous service. I came to pick up a DoorDash order that was already marked “ready for pickup” 10 minutes ago, but nothing was actually ready. When it finally got packed, I literally told the front staff it’s sitting right there on the kitchen shelf — and they still refused to hand it over. Instead, they said, “someone will bring it out,” while standing at the main desk doing nothing but chatting with each other.The store wasn’t even busy! Two people standing right there, no customers waiting, and still couldn’t be bothered to pass a single bag. This level of laziness and ignorance is beyond unprofessional. Drivers’ ratings and time are getting ruined because of their careless attitude. If your staff can’t do the bare minimum, maybe they shouldn’t be marking orders ready or working front desk at all. Totally unacceptable.

The staff at front was so rude. We asked for a table outside she said no table is available and we waited there and saw she took someone to outdoor table they came after us asking for a table.

The staff at the front door have no sense of customer service. Making the customers feel comfortable is the basic attitude each staff should have. Let the customer standing for ten more minutes during slow hours. Feel sad for the owner. Eating in Ears numerous times, this location is a special one. Lots of space to improve. Good luck!

I was here on Saturday night with my family, we had a great time, delicious food, and a very nice atmosphere. It was a pleasure enjoying a visit there. We were treated well, and I would definitely recommend it, please go and enjoy the food!
