This location is pure trash
The manager of the store is terrible, he don’t know how to speak, not even cooking the fresh meal, mixing all the meats together.When i told the manager to be polite and he even care and just go to the kitchen.Never recommending this restaurant to anyone.
Poor service, food did not have that fresh taste!!!
Food is good, quick, however staff behind the counter are never wearing masks while every other establishments workers wear masks and they even have a special cordoned off area that you have to show proof of vaccine to sit at….Edit: went back….same guy behind the grill….no mask…
Paid 18+ for chicken and beef sumo size with a pop bowl is only 2/3 full not impressed at all

Excellent food
Paid extra for Asian vegetables. Received bottom of vegetables near roots that one throw out assuming it was bock Choi with a bit of dark green part, a bit of grated carrots, 4 small pieces of broccoli, some bell pepper and mushrooms. The order came to 60 + before gst and tip The meat and vegetables had no flavour. Only flavour was fried shrimp Used to love their food before. Very sad

Unfriendly workers, doesn’t even greet customers, and looks super lifeless. I ordered the bento box and the tempura and spring rolls was still frozen inside when given to me. Very bad service!

I’m so disappointed. We have been eating here for the months now and always enjoyed it. However the last two times, the serving size has gotten smaller and the flavour is missing from the sauce. New staff behind the counter, I’m wondering if store has new owners or if they are trying to cut cost? Something is amiss here and I would suggest you give this restaurant location a miss as well.
If you looking for a fast food but also as an option of real food I would recommend try this place.
