Waited for someone to ask my order. The lady in working (packing food probably for skip) refused to make eye contact with me. I eventually asked her is someone is gonna take my order. She said one moment and that no one is working in the front. You guys need to train your staff more. How many 1 star review do you guys need to understand there is something wrong with your service.

Unfriendly staff. Don’t make Edo dishes the way they’re supposed to be made at this location. Zero vegetables in the Teriyaki Chicken dish over the last several times I’ve been at this location. Worst location I’ve been to.

customer service has gone down hill unfortunately, app was not working so we tried calling on the phone to make an order before picking it up. They wouldn’t take our order over the phone so we drove there and the items we wanted were not available, which could have been said on the phone when we called!!

it was lunch time today, fairly busy inside. no big deali saw a new special, Japanese curry chicken. I've eaten teriyaki chicken at edo for decades and i love Japanese curry so.. this should be a slam dunk, right!?WRONG. it was disgusting. don't order it ever. the rice was a big slimy clump. the curry sauce tasted weird, not like normal Japanese curry. the veggies were tasteless, carrots + potatoes undercooked + underseasoned. they were also strangely sour. probably trying to be pickled but gosh everything tasted horrificif i could give 0 stars i would. i wont go back to edo for a long time now.

Food is good. You just have to be prepared to wait an enormously long time. If there are 2 people in the restaurant, they will make all the skip dishes first. ?

Ordered off skip the dish, came in good time bit was not impressed with the quality. Do not order the nigiri sushi, worst than grocery store sushi by far. Beef teriyaki was okay, spring rolls weren't very good, my bf usually eats them all and he only had 3/4 of one then threw the other 3 out...
