Five Guys experiences have been pretty on and off. Today was an off day. Called at 9:58 trying to place an order of FRIES and a Milkshake. Yes, no burger, just an order of fries, as I was pulling up to the parking lot. I wanted to give them the decency of not arriving at the moment they close and ordering, so I called a bit ahead. As I parked right in front of the door, she told me that she couldn’t do it as she had tossed the fries out already. Keep in mind, I could see the whole thing happening right in front of my eyes. At 10:01, a minute after hanging up on the phone with me, she gets the basked of fries and toss them out. Not only losing business for Five Guys but also creating a very avoidable waste. It was unreal to watch it happening.

The food is always so tasty, fresh and hot with generous portions, but what really stood out tonight was the customer service. The lady who took our order went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was bubbly and kind-hearted. I wish I had gotten her name, as she deserves recognition. Rowell provided the most incredible wonderful customer service that you could not possibly leave that location and be unhappy. As one of the managers at that location he takes the utmost care and values your feedback. He offered complimentary shakes to make up for over salting the fries for our tastes. He even made a fresh batch and even personally delived them to ensure we were happy. What a great leader and example this chain has with his outstanding management skills. Topped with his care as though he owns it attitude...this place is top notch❣️ Thanks to all the staff too.

Horrible gravy , way too thin . Poutine like everything was overpriced , and horrible due to the garbage gravy used. Milkshakes are tiny for what you pay. Huge rip off

Tasty, Juicy, My Five Guys Experience. I had an excellent experience at Five Guys. The atmosphere is casual and energetic, with open kitchens that allow you to watch your food being prepared. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was accurate and ready quickly.
The burgers are the main attraction. They are juicy, fresh, customizable, and have a wide range of free toppings. I appreciated how everything tasted freshly made to order. The fries, especially the poutine and Cajun ones, were delicious, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions.
While it's not the cheapest fast-food option, I believe it’s worth it for the quality and portion sizes. You're paying for a premium fast-casual dining experience.
Five Guys is an excellent choice if you're in the mood for a hearty, customizable burger with overflowing fries. Be prepared for a slightly higher bill than typical fast food, but you'll get much more flavour and freshness.

Was very excited when 5 guys came to Fort Mac. Have eaten at several across Canada. They started out so well..unfortunately just keeps getting worse and worse!!! Burgers r ok..nothing special!!! The fries were spectacular...Alberta potatoes fresh cut perfectly salted nice size and fried to a crisp. Today's order...soggy small bits of pieces over cooked and over fried. I ate about 10...will not be back! You've messed up a good thing!!! Good luck..you'll need it!
