I had five guys for the first time in Edmonton alberta it was the best burger I think I ever had our whole family loved it we ate in the came over to ask if our food was good and offered us plates to takeout what we didn't eat the best burger place in Edmonton so we came to fort mcmurray to expect the same service we'll 100% not the same I tried calling alot to let them know what I wanted on my order they couldn't understand what I was saying and hung up I got my order and totally not the same as what I expected

I ordered a burger and fries with only 2 people in the restaurant… after noticing a few people come after me & be served I approached the counter with my reciept in hand - I had been informed the order was already picked up. The manager accused me of leaving with the order and coming in a second time …. Accusing me of stealing a hamburger ( at the restaurant on lunch break wearing coveralls). I told her to check the cameras, after wasting 15 minutes of my time she returned and told the cooks to make my order. There was no discount or refund offered and she never did admit they made a mistake.. Bad business & service

5 Guys was first described to me as having "the best burger you can buy." My first visit, with this expectation in mind, was a disappointment, as it was only a very good burger. With subsequent visits, however, I have decided that 5 Guys is by and large the best fast food burger you can buy. The hot dogs are also great, the shakes are great, the free peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food are something I always look forward to, and the fries, while not necessarily my favorite, are always over-delivered; if you order to go, the fry container will be full, as well as half of the bag that they give it to you in. The great service and retro atmosphere at my local (Fort McMurray) 5 Guys is great and appreciated as well

Was delicious, but is lacking salt and pepper on the meat while cooking so the patty itself is a little bland(which you dint want when spending that much for a meal) but season it and it'd be a 5

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. I’m not a big fry guy but these were awesome fries. Burger was nice and fresh. Highly recommended
Great burgers, hot dogs, and Cajun fries have to be the best fries in the business. The price of the food is expensive but for a treat every once in a while it's great. Ask for extra Cajun spice and crank it up a notch!
Best lettuce wrap burgers..best fries good shakes ...they have gravy now but I prefer ketchup or vinegar.

First time trying it here. It’s absolutely delicious! Fries are soooo good and they give you so much! The staff were very kind and friendly ? I really enjoyed the food and my experience there!
